Description

Beech Tree Cottage is a charming two-bedroom, one-bath guest cottage conveniently located in the historic district of Sag Harbor, NY - a 5-minute walk along the waterfront to Main Street and the center of the village. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away. The owners are full-time residents of Sag Harbor, and live in the home on the other side of the shared garden. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, linens, dishware plus TV and wireless internet access. It has its own private entrance and parking space, and the deck - with bistro table and chairs and barbecue grill - is trellis-screened for guest privacy. Available for week-long or weekend rentals year-round, Beech Tree Cottage is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter months.

COVID-19 Policy: In an effort to protect our guests, ourselves and our community, we have adopted the following actions and policies:

- 48-hour turn-over between bookings.

- All surfaces are thoroughly disinfected between guests, with the cleaning solution left to stand for 3-5 minutes

- In addition to using disinfecting cleaning solutions, we pass a UVC wand over all surfaces for additional disinfecting

- All towels and linens are thoroughly washed between guests, and we provide guests with individual towels and hand towels

- The cottage is equipped with tissues, paper towels, hand soap, sanitizer, and disposable masks and gloves for guests

- All cleaning and other services to the cottage are accomplished wearing masks and gloves.

Getting around

The cottage is walking distance from Sag Harbor's Main Street (.05 mile). A car is recommended for sightseeing and to get to the beaches, etc. Bike rentals are available in town at Bike Hampton on Bay Street.

We (the owners) live in the main house on the other side of the garden. We won't bother you, but please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Fabulous accommodation in a great location, walk to the main high street in less than 10 mins. Some wonderful eating places and beaches. If you are looking to Stay in Sag Harbor this is the ideal place.
