Description

The house is a conveniently located holiday home in St. Andrews presented in excellent condition. It's located in a residential area, within 10 minutes walk from East Sands beach and the centre of town, and 20 minutes walk from the Old Course. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the large back garden has a secluded patio area with garden furniture which provides a great place to relax with a drink when the weather permits. There's also a large driveway with ample parking space for 2 cars. This house provides an ideal base for family holidays in St Andrews.

Being located in the home of golf and with 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, this house also provides an ideal base for golf holidays in St.Andrews. The town also offers a vast selection of quality bars and restaurants and is home to Scotland's oldest University.

“Great location”

Just returned from 5 days staying in Martin's house. Great location for access to town centre and local bus to Anstruther and St Monans. House is as it appears and is clean and tidy. Very good communication with host before and during stay. Only negatives were that there was no welcome pack on arrival (as stated in online info) there is a very handy local shop however for any provisions, no hand towels in kitchen or bath mat for use when coming out of shower, but all in all enjoyed our stay very much.

“Great short break”

Just returned from a 3 night stay. Great location to walk into centre of St Andrews. Good size accommodation and very clean. Owner / contact gave great advice on restaurants / walks etc. Very reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend.

“St Andrews Golfing Break”

Disappointed in the accommodation, cooker didn’t work and duvets were paper thin as were the pillows and cushions! Outside furniture had to be thoroughly washed down before use! Lack of coffee table, side tables and bedside cabinets! Very temperamental heating system! Hosts tried to help but would definitely not book this accommodation again!

Very comfortable and in quiet neighbourhood within less than 10 min walking from city centre. Busstop and little supermarket near by. Excellent internet and even a garden
