“My stay here was heaven on earth.” My stay on this villa was great. Everything I could imagine and more Food was delicious and authentic; not process or frozen. The master suit where I stayed was immaculate. The power shower to the huge jacuzzi bath. The king size bed made my night rest wonderful. It's felt like I was sleeping on clouds. This villa was hard for me to leave, from pool, xbox, board games and a fantastic pool why must I go outside.(lol). When I decided to go outside it was also a great and wonderful experience. I visited duns river falls, when to the hot spot night club margarita ville, oceans 11, and amnesia. We sang karaoke had great Jamaica drinks and watch the beautiful scenery. All these great attraction only 12mins tops from the villa. However my highlight of the stay is the private beach, only 2min walk from the villa. Great vacation I'm booking another stay for January andirons can't wait...

“Absolutely Mindblowing!!!!” I cannot begin to describe the experience other than mind blowing! Morning Glory is part of a 'Gated' community with access to residents only. It is located next to the RUI in Mammies Bay but I am so glad that opted for this location. The villas were spacious and beautiful. Each window had open ventilation covered with netting to prevent our friendly mosquitos from visiting. The grounds were picturesque and the service was way beyond what I could ever imagine. There is a private beach a stones throw away with bar, restaurant, gift shop and showering facilities. Please don't think for one second that I am flowering this up... It is an experience that needs to be experienced. Claude, Geraldine and the team, I cannot thank you enough!!!

“LOOK NO FURTHER” Do not look any further! This is the place to be! The Biggs brothers will take really good care of you, and make sure every single need is met. The condo is gigantic, has two floors, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a gazebo patio off the living room, and a HUGE open terrace, on the 2nd floor. Both ensuite bedrooms are on that second level. The upper deck, has a clear view of the Caribbean sea, table and chairs, and pads to sit on. Please bring them inside when you are done, so they stay nice, for others. Its a massive condo, and has a very well stocked kitchen. We cooked dinner twice, but we sure enjoyed our morning Blue mountain coffee, every morning, taking in these VIEWS! WI-FI worked perfectly, there is cable TV for evenings in, and even better, the sound system tunes into IRIE-FM or any station you choose. Harry came to fix a lock and bring us s brand new coffee pot, and he did it immediately! They will not "drag their feet, like other renters. Phillip & Harry were both there to greet us, and help carry in our bags and groceries. The tour was efficient and thorough. The bureau's for your clothes is gorgeous cedar as is the headboard on the bed. There is ample closet space in both bathroom areas, to hang dresses or clothes you do not want wrinkled. Yes, they have an ironing board too, in case that happens. The view is fantastic, and one day, a cruise ship came in, and we had front row seats. June has less cruise ships, so that is the time, to experience DUNNS RIVER FALLS, and enjoy it with 20 people, as opposed to hundreds of people. Traveling "off season", has its perks! There are (5) pools around this rambling complex, of gardens and steps. We used the one closest to the condo, a few times. If you have any issue with the pool, call the number on the sheet they leave, and literally, in (5) minutes, someone will be there. Our son, age 20 was traveling with my husband and I. Trip Advisor does not have a "drop-down", to click traveling with FAMILY. The stairs could be a challenge for wheel chairs, but other than that, the walk is doable. We are NEVER going to rent from anyone else, and neither should you. Harry came back (2) days before we left, to return our security deposit, so there is no issue with that. We are very neat and clean, so we swept and mopped, and took out the garbage, put every dish away. Its called RESPECT, and since we got it from these brothers, we returned the vibe. We also made sure to "pay it forward", and leave toilet paper, and garbage bags, for the next LUCKY RENTER! I am telling you, LOOK NO FURTHER. Even if you read negative reviews in other condos in this complex, you will NOT have any issues, with APARTMENT 2-A in PHASE 4. We rented a car, so we covered the entire North Coast, and visited many beaches. If you have a vehicle, I am going to recommend that you have to go to SUGAR POT BEACH. Its a secret place, down a dirt road, behind Rio Nuevo gas station. "off the beaten path", is where you find the best places. This is one of them. When you follow this dirt road to the sea, the beach is spectacular, private, has shady parking, and the bar area, is made of stone and drift wood. The restaurant is adorable and they have many choices of island delights! The food is to die for. I ate curry conch two days in a row, and it was the best I ever had! I have eaten it in every parish on this island, over 29 years. The curry goat was also fresh and very seasoned. I want to take this time to thank Phillip, Clayton & Harry Biggs. They were the nicest, most responsible, caring renters, we have ever come upon. We loved their vibes, and honest to God, you will too! They work together, and call the condo phone, to make sure, everything is going well. They REALLY want your trip to leave you feeling IRIE. Best 16 days in JAMAICA, ever! “Perfect!” Our stay at afiba View was simply perfect. The sea on one side of house and a private pool on the other. What else could you ask for? Oh yeah, and there's an amazing sun deck with walk out snorkeling in a private little cove! Once you figure out the route taxi, which takes about 2 seconds, you're free to go anywhere along the coast of Jamaica for about $1.25. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Sade is a wonderful host who answered all of my questions and made sure we enjoyed paradise as much as possible. This was our second trip to afiba and we're already trying to figure out when we can return. Can't wait!

“Perfect Jamaican vacation for families who enjoy being in the heart of the city.” Our hosts, Nathan and Melissa were warm and friendly and very responsive to our many questions when preparing for our trip to Jamaica. They both visited with us during our trip and were available by phone to answer any questions or give recommendations. The villa was simple and perfect. There was always a cool breeze coming off the sea through the main entrance of the house and with the ceiling fans, there was no need for air conditioning. Both bedrooms had excellent air conditioning systems however, so we used those on just a few nights when the restaurant down the road had music playing - couldn't hear a thing with the windows closed. We felt very safe in the home and out and about in Ochi, which was an initial concern of ours. It was quickly dismissed after going out with Ms. Barbara around the town for a "tour". Milo (and Kirk - who was very nice), the night security gentleman was wonderful, had many interesting stories and was very generous, bringing us mangos and fresh ackee. Ms. Barbara, our chef, was simply the best. She cooked amazing fresh Jamaican food, oriented us to the town and stores, taught me how to make some dishes, and was knowledgeable about nutrition and health. She even made my "green juice" for me in the morning. She knew the island and was quite helpful about how to get around and acclimate to being in JA. The sea was perfect for scuba and looks just like the pictures posted - we spent time snorkeling, swimming, watching the world cup on the large screen TV, playing soccer on the beach, reading and just relaxing and rejuvenating in the sunshine. The Knutsford Express bus took us to Kingston and back - would highly recommend it for traveling distances - very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation, my boys (11 & 16) loved it and felt it was way better than going to an all-inclusive resort - the food was CERTAINLY better! We hope to get back there soon - perhaps rent both Eden Sands and Neptune, the villa next door. Thank you to all those we met at Eden Sands Villa for a great Jamaica visit.

“You Promised...You Delivered!” Our group of 18 (13 adults and 5 children) stayed at L’Horizon for a week in January 2015. The entire experience, from booking to the time of the stay, was amazing. The owner, Barrington, was more than helpful and very responsive during the planning phase. And then we arrived! We were greeted by the Manager and staff with smiles, “welcomes”, and rum punch. The house was immaculate and the rooms were very spacious and more than sufficient for our large group. The staff kept the house spotless the entire stay even with 5 young kids doing what they do best (making a mess). The first day, we were provided a cell phone to reach the Manager (Kelly) if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. The cell phone also gave us the opportunity to make local calls which came in handy. We had pre-arranged a formal family dinner (details worked out with Barrington) for the day after our arrival which turned out to be a huge success! The food was amazing and included everything we requested. Each night thereafter we had delicious dinners prepared by the cook (thank you Miss Rose!). We did not purchase the all-inclusive package so we had to purchase our own food which was a bit inconvenient. This was a lesson learned (not the owners fault) and we all agreed that next time, all-inclusive would be the way to go. Regardless, breakfast and dinners were tastily prepared to order. We mostly went out for lunch or brought lunch back to the house. This gave us a chance to go out and see what the area had to offer and try some local foods. We even tried the local KFC which we were told was much different from those in the US. We proved that was true . While we didn’t get an all-inclusive package, inclusive in our package was a personal driver who took us wherever we wanted to go locally. We had the opportunity to go shopping, eat at local seafood and jerk spots (yummy), visit the Dunn’s River Falls (a must-do), and our “party group” even got driven to local dance clubs and picked up at 2:30 and 3:30 in the morning! On the nights we stayed in, we hung out at the Jam Eng Bar on the property by the pool, danced, and sang! The bartender was amazing and tons of fun! As for the younger kids, they lived in the pool and had an amazing time. When they were not in the pool, the private beach was only a quick 5-minute walk away. But let’s not forget the older crowd. My mom, aunt, and mother-in-law spent their days relaxing poolside and around the house (so many places to relax) chatting it up with the staff that were all so very friendly. The entire family agreed that this was one of their best vacations ever! We’ve even talked about the next time we’ll vacation at L’Horizon. A special thank you to Barrington and his wonderful staff at L’Horizon for making this vacation one of the best my family has ever had! For us, you more than delivered on your promises!!

“the time of our lives!” i've stayed in many places in jamaica and other parts of the caribbean and the world - hotels, villas, apartments, resorts etc etc etc. - but no place - not one, made me feel the way sevilla did. we were at home. we were so well taken care of. orchestrated by the owner, Clare, and the joy she exudes in making everything and i mean everything, just right, just so, for us - and Monica the chef cooked us three meals a day which we had requested. (she'll cook anything for you - but we requested authentic jamaican) and wow - for the cost which was minimal, we had top notch fine dining meals daily - we didn't have to ever leave the premises except to walk down to the private beach at our leisure. We were able to have a real restful and productive vacation - like we were in a cocoon of sorts - safe peaceful secure and happy. that's the atmosphere Clare and her impeccable staff provide - and we're going back at our first opportunity and i suspect every year thereafter. simply beautiful.

“Excellent Experience in a Spacious, Peaceful, Relaxing, Home away from home! One of my best trips ever!” It was two weeks in paradise!! I absolutely miss the condo already!! My family and I felt right at home. Thank you so much Clayton, Phillip, and Harry for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and HOSPITALITY! The apartment was more than I expected. I love the close proximity to the pool, my daughter enjoyed it daily. The amenities are spectacular, way more than most places for a great price. I love the huge top balcony, the patio on the lower level, and the views are remarkable. All the rooms were nice and spacious. The condo makes you feel so comfortable, actually too comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends and I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Jamaica. I know I will definitely be staying here again! My new home away from home! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
