Description

While fairly new to Trip Advisor, we have owned and rented at Beacher's Lodge Condo/Hotel for more than 26 years. We have an overall 4.65 with our website listings. Our Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Queen Suite is a Condo/Hotel where all Queen and King units face the Ocean with Private Balconies. Total unit size is 350sq ft. Accommodates 2 Adults comfortably. We prefer couples who want a getaway, as the unit is described by many as small. We prefer to call it comfortable for couples. Every thing that you need is steps away. All units are owned by individuals and each is part of the 4 story 142 unit complex that is on the Atlantic Ocean & overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. It is located on Anastasia Island with historic St Augustine 7 miles to the north. We recommend all units over the dunes off the first floor. We have the Million Dollar Views of all the units, due to our perfect location. If you have a Million Dollars, we even have a safe.

.We have all you may need for your stay. I.e. towels, linens for bed & basic necessities for kitchen & bath. We have beach towels and there are some other seasonal items, that you may use for the beach. We usually have a nice set of beach chairs and beach umbrella. If you have more questions regarding some of the other amenities that we supply, you can ask by return reply and we will glad to help any way that we can.

This condo is located 25 ft from stairs / elevator which lead directly to the heated pool & secured Boardwalk to the white sand beach. There are several local restaurants within walking distance.

Interaction with guest

We, my wife Janet and I are happy to make your stay with us as easy as can be. We only ask that you "leave it, like you found it. plus a little Florida sand". We utilize a 4 digit door code for you privacy and ease of use. We often have no check-in procedure. All information, parking pass and any pertinent information is available and inside unit as you enter. We'll even leave a light on for late, late comers.

House rules

Leave it like you found it is our basic request. There is no maid service, (for our unit) however, we supply all your linen & towel needs for your stay. (One week or less). Otherwise, you enjoy complete privacy and relaxation.
Smoking is not allowed on property common areas and balconies. No smoking or open flame allowed within confines of Condominium Complex.. Pool open 8am - dusk due to current County Regulations. Conference Center use subject to availability. Incredible Oceanfront Views!

We were concerned with your experience while at the pool and we wish you would have given us notice as we could have contacted hotel management. The BBQ grilling area has never had gas and our pictures depict charcoal grills. We stock charcoal and lighter fluid in the unit, out of children's reach. Again we wish you would have communicated with us. We have over 20 years of renting this unit and have an overall 4.5 star rating. With every review, such as you took time to write, we are encouraged and are striving harder to keep the ratings up and make improvements where needed. We recognize and respond to all our guests needs as they arise. We encourage contact on our guest's part when there is an issue and we appreciate and give you your complete privacy. How do damage deposits work?

If Steven & Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
