Enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful dunes and beach from the patio and balcony of our multi-storey townhouse at Four Winds E10. Located oceanfront, this completely renovated condo puts you front-row for bold sunrises, glittering waves, and white sands!

Perfect for 2 families traveling together or any good-sized group, Four Winds E10 is a sun-swept, spacious, fully appointed home-away-from-home in a family-friendly resort that offers 2 swimming pools, a tennis and basketball court, a putt-putt green, outdoor showers, and private beach access, among other amenities. In one direction you have the lush dunes, wide sands, sparkling waves, and vast horizon. In the other, every manner of fun recreational activity. Let's face it: life doesn't get much better than this!

Our 2nd-storey balcony offers plenty of outdoor seating and casual dining space, while providing a breathtaking view from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. (Where else can you gaze at the ocean while making that first pot of coffee in the morning?) Step inside through the sliding glass doors from the balcony and you find yourself in a light, breezy space with cool tiled floors, comfortable couches and chairs, and a big TV plus new DVD player. Ahh, time to relax . . . without sacrificing the view!

Adjacent to our living room is the dining area, with a long glass-topped table seating 6 comfortably and 2 more in a pinch. Now, between the lure of the beach, the balcony, and the downstairs patio, this "dining" table scarcely sees a meal, but it's a great place to play games, spread out maps and brochures of all the attractions you're planning to visit, or park your computer. You have free wireless Internet at Four Winds E10, so bring any electronics you want. Just don't upload too many beach photos to Facebook right away, or you might have unexpected houseguests in the form of jealous friends and acquaintances!

And just beyond the dining area is the kitchen, completely refurbished with new countertops, wood cabinetry, and sparkling appliances. Within these cupboards you will find all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you need to prepare just about any meal. Stop at the supermarket on your way to Four Winds E10 for a load of groceries, and voila! --your shopping is done for the vacation! Of course, if you plan to avoid cooking at all costs during your vacation, you'll still appreciate the microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and other time-savers.

Speaking of time-savers, you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer here at Four Winds E10, as well as all the towels and linens for every bed and bath at the condo. Pack light; you can always toss a load of clothes into the wash as you dash outdoors for another wonderful day at the beach!

There are 3 bedrooms at Four Winds E10, with space to sleep 8. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, lovely ocean views. All the fittings are new, the atmosphere is calming, and the view is fantastic!

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed beside a long window with fitted blinds that keep the room as light and sunny -- or as thoroughly dark -- as you want.

The third bedroom, on the first floor, is an enormous space, with 2 queen-sized beds, a sofa, HDTV, and private patio. It's the perfect place for kids or teens to create their own quarters away from the grown-ups. (Expect blanket forts to appear!)

Four Winds E10 has everything you could ask for in a vacation home. It's spacious, pleasant, newly furnished and outfitted, and perfectly located. You'll quickly become addicted to the balmy air and salty sea breezes of your beachfront patio and balcony, not to mention those dramatic sunrises. Sea and shore birds soar past, the dunes are rich in native vegetation, and the beach is so wide that it never seems crowded. Even though you're right in the middle of a resort, you can look out your window and see what looks like your own private strip of coastline! Come stay at Four Winds E10 soon.
Additional amenities include: biking, boating, beach, fishing, washer / dryer.

Location great and weather perfect. Unit could use a good scrubbing. It wasn't unacceptable but the dust under the beds indicated to me a superficial cleaning. The upper and lower patios needed a sweeping and hose down. Some small issues worth mentioning in hopes the owners will correct for future enjoyment by all include;

We absolutely loved how close this unit is to the beach and pool. There was a very nice grassy area right outside the patio door. The beach was great! We loved all the wildlife. We saw sea turtle nests and dolphins near the shore. The condo is also very convenient to St. Augustine which offered plenty to do! We loved our stay!

The proximity to beach access and the views of the beach from the second and third floors cannot be beat. The kitchen was well appointed and the 10 of us cooked most of our meals in the condo. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the sofa bed on the second floor which was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on. A few items were overlooked by the cleaning staff such as dusting the ceiling fan blades and the louvers in the ventilated closets and removing trash items under furnishings.The air conditioning was excellent. In fact the aC units are only 1-2 years old. The condo complex is a bit far south of St. Augustine and it's about 8 miles to shopping centers in St. Augustine Beach.There was a major malfunction in the unit that happened on our last day there where the shower on the third floor developed a leak which appeared on the soffit ceiling of the kitchen below. It was reported to the maintenance staff and they responded with a repairman within a half hour. I'm certain that all the repairs will be completed in short order. I would stay in the Four Winds E-10 again and can enthusiastically recommend it.

This was a great rental if you have a lot of people. However, we called on the first day because the aC was not working in the downstairs area. We called the 2nd day and they sent someone out who said "I think it is just out of coolant, I'll get someone over". No one ever showed up...the entire week. Thankfully, my 16 year old son was in this particular area of the condo and is not a complainer. None of the rest of us in the party would have slept down there. Very hot and muggy.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Property was great. Checkin was a little stressful, the lady at the checkin office was not helpful at all. Tried to figure out what to do, while she walked around us for 15 minutes. The overall stay and condo for excellent, we would definetly stay with Vacation Rental Pros again and stay in the St. Augustine area.

The Condo we rented was almost everything that was described. The location was as promised and the condo itself delivered on most things. We however were unable to get a Wifi connection that was promised. We tried with several different devices and were unsuccessful the entire time we were there. We called the rental company and reported the issue and after receiving 4 different responses of what the problem could be we decided that we had spent enough of our vacation trying to resolve the issue without success. Other than that we were satisfied with our choice and enjoyed our vacation.

The cottage was comfortable, convenient, quiet - just a great location. Vacation Rental pros provided good information about the property and were responsive to questions. Would easily return to this property.
