Barefoot Trace 414, 4th floor, luxury condo, hdtv, elevator, pool
A big wide, ocean - all yours to enjoy. A gorgeous unit overlooks Crescent Beach and draws the eye towards the Atlantic Ocean. Penthouse living has lots to recommend it, none more so than non-stop, all-yours ocean.
This suite, Barefoot Trace 414, is particularly elegant. Its neutral palette and soft, subdued tones allow your attention to naturally shift outside, towards the blue blues of ocean and sky. Subtle upholstery and tasteful furnishings reveal delightful accents, like a jaguar print rug under the coffee table. A long couch, big love-seat and corner armchair flank wide sliding doors and make a great spot for hanging out and entertaining.
A large ocean-front patio directly overlooks the private boardwalk beach access and Crescent Beach beyond. You’re close enough to not only spot dolphins but to wave to family members playing on the sand.
The spacious penthouse living space has a separate dining area between the couches and kitchen area. The dining table’s glass top melds wonderfully with the floor-length mirrors to create a sense of endless space. Seat six guests for an evening dinner party, then enjoy dessert outside.
A king bed with soaring headboard is decked in delicious tropicals - lime green and flecks of fuchsia. Huge windows match your patio view - seat up to read in bed and spot the ocean hovering above your book.
This fantastic unit sleeps up to four guests total, with either friends or family comfortably accommodated down the hall in the second bedroom. Two twin beds sport birds of paradise flowers across the duvets, suggesting the resort’s landscaped gardens outside. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone’s comfort.
Barefoot Trace is a fully equipped community to support your ideal leisure lifestyle. Both covered parking and boat parking are available, as is an attentive full-time staff.
Formulate your perfect vacation routine or change the pace daily. Activity-wise, Barefoot Trace offers plenty to enjoy without ever getting in your car. A heated, ocean-front pool is sure to be a hit, or how about a sunny morning tennis match? Stock up on endorphins at the gym, before heading the the beach to spot dolphins.
At home, laundry doesn’t merit a second though - an in-suite washer and dryer take care of it.
Whether you love to be in the water or prefer to look at it, Barefoot Trace spoils beach-lovers with its prime location on Crescent Beach. Soft, white sand and a quiet environment earned its reputation as best beach in St. Augustine.
In prime position along Florida’s Atlantic coast, Barefoot Trace sits on gorgeous Crescent Beach. Equipped with huge choice in water-sports and offering great natural beauty, this stretch of sugary sand is sure to become your family’s favorite. St. Augustine is a very short drive and makes for fantastic day trips.
Choose to take advantage of Barefoot Trace’s great location, whether visiting nearby St. Augustine, Daytona, Orlando or other area beaches. This is a lovely rental, very nicely decorated, with all the amenities we needed plus with a wonderful view of the ocean. Great base for visiting the area, which we also loved. The only small glitch was a recalcitrant lock on the door which required a trip back to the rental agency for assistance; check to see if it has been replaced in the past year or so.

Fantastic view, wonderful kitchen, well equiped for cooking except it needs a waffle iron (I take my own).

We enjoyed our stay in the St augustine area and at our rental unit in particular. The area was very relaxing with manageable traffic and lots to do including very good restaurant choices. Our rental unit was nicely decorated and spacious with wonderful ocean views and access.

The condo was generally clean and well maintained. I liked being on the fourth floor. The view of the ocean was great. The kitchen had adequate equipment. Access to the beach was easy. However, the cable TV never worked properly during our stay. Also, several light bulbs were burned out. The mattress in the master bedroom is soft and lumpy. Overall, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful week at BarefootTrace. Starting with the reservations, everyone we talked to was helpful and answered all of our questions, even the silly ones. The condo was well appointed, and very comfortable. The location was great--not in the hustle and bustle traffic, but just a short drive away. It was so nice we are considering renting the same condo for a month next time. Great place and great people.
“stunning location -- just a few less-than-perfect issues”

We've stayed in this condo once before and it is a perfect location -- gorgeous 180 degree beach views and well-above average appointments. This time, however, the unit wasn't quite up to the "white glove" cleanliness we'd come to expect -- and, although we didn't even notice until the second last day, the microwave was broken. Still, I would continue to recommend this unit and this condo complex.
“Don't tell too many people how beautiful this unit is...”

This is a excellent condo in an unbeatable location - 4th floor, spectacular ocean view. The unit was beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The kitchen appliances were state-of-the-art and if we didn't want to cook there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. We will look for this unit every time we head for the St. Augustine area but in future we will bring our own sheets. It's hard do understand how such a top-flight unit could come with fitted sheets that don't stay tucked under the mattress. Even the 'quiet sleeper' on one of the single beds had this problem.
