Sea Place 11208, Direct Ocean Front condo, pool, tennis, St Augustine FL
Description from the manager
With 2 balconies overlooking the beach, this totally redecorated 2-storey townhouse at Sea Place 11208 offers you a private view of one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, situated just steps from the oceanfront and the pool. Located in a family-friendly resort, it is a luxurious getaway you will love.
Sea Place 11208 is designed for not only fun and togetherness in the living and dining area, but also the need for peace and quiet in the sleeping area. The first floor contains the living room, dining area, kitchen, and one half-bath, while the upstairs offers the master suite, guest room, and second full bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers bed space for two people, so six can sleep here very comfortably. The entire unit has newly refurbished décor, including all two and a half bathrooms, and with the updated high efficiency air conditioning, it is possible to keep it at a perfect temperature.
The patio areas are accessible by sliding glass doors, downstairs off the living room and upstairs in the master bedroom. With sweeping views of the dunes, beach, ocean, and sky, these spaces will be your go-to havens for spectacular sunrises, leisurely meals, lazy afternoons, and long warm evenings. There's casual seating here, so plan to dine al fresco, check your emails in the balmy sea breeze with the free Wi-Fi, play board games with a frosty beverage at your elbow, and dream away the day with soft sound of the surf in your ears. It's almost guaranteed to drain the stress away!
Enter the living room from the patio and you'll experience an old-world Florida ambience. Select a favorite to read from the bookshelf or sprawl out with the whole gang and watch movies on the HDTV (complete with HBO, ShowTime and Starz) or DVD player. Crack open the sliding glass door and let the sounds and scents of the beach waft indoors as you share some valuable family-and-friends time!
Many guests prefer to use the patio over the dining room at mealtime, but the dining area is still a great place to play games, lay out maps of your next sightseeing adventure, or set up the laptop. For quick bites, there is a breakfast bar along the pass-through counter of the kitchen, as well as a sideboard next to the dining room table.
The kitchen is part of the action at Sea Place 11208, and you'll enjoy telling your friends that you've literally got an ocean view from the kitchen sink! Well-stocked and easy to maneuver, it contains all major and minor appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to prepare and serve a feast. Or, if your taste runs more to restaurants and takeout, you may get more use out of the microwave and refrigerator! Either way, everything is spotless and in perfect working order, so make yourself at home.
The brightness of the first floor of Sea Place 11208 contrasts sharply with the repose of the second. Here it's all about relaxing and enjoying a great night's sleep that won't end with an alarm going off! The master suite is simply a treat with a king bed, with an en suite bathroom, an ultra-comfortable bed, a large TV and DVD player, plenty of closet space, and sliding-glass door access to a private balcony. Work on your tan while lying on the luxurious padded chaise lounge or snuggle up on the glider and listen to the waves crashing on the shore. You can sleep late and undisturbed even on sunny mornings by drawing the blackout curtains over the balcony doors. This is your retreat, where you can watch the sunrise over the beach or stargaze without getting out of bed!
The guest bedroom is great for a second couple or for children, with matching twin beds. The second full bathroom is located just outside this room -- it couldn't be more convenient. And at Sea Place 11208, all linens, blankets, pillows, and bath towels are provided. No need to pack a thing for the house – there are even a washer and dryer you're welcome to use. Fresh clean towels whenever you need them, dry swimsuits in a trice -- what hotel could offer this?

I'll begin by saying that location of condo was excellent.. convenient to area attractions and stores, beautiful view from balconies, pool and beach access only steps away from door. however, having said that, property had several problems. had to spray for ants by second day, upsairs sliding glass door would not seal causing master bedroom to stay humid and had an opening that you could stick your fingers through from top to bottom, no beach or pool accesories (chairs, floats, umbrellas), mildew in master shower. Mentioning these problems only because it was such a change from our experience last year where the condo we rented was immaculate and service from you vrp was excellent.

There were no keys in the lock box and the staff had no idea where they this delayed our vacation. They found one key and said they would get more made Monday 8/6/12.After we got in the unit we found a set of keys left in the one ever called or checked on the keys till I called your office. Other than that we enjoyed our trip and will think about useing Vacation Pro again

Overall, loved the townhome! It was very convienent for a family of 4 with just about everything we needed. Great location, close to the pool and directly on the beach. Could have been cleaner when we arrived, the management left me a message to address this, however I didn't want to spend my vacation waiting on cleaning people and pest control, so just took care of things ourselves. Having a private balcony off the master bedroom made for a wonderful relaxing spot before bed! Memorable ocen views and enjoyed that it was located close to everything (within 15 min. of downtown)!

We have stayed in this unit for many years, but not through VRP. Last year we had to be switched to another unit due to the owners changing agencies. Vrp's check-in procedure was so much easier. Lock boxes are a great idea! The updates on the unit are so nice. We also love how well the grounds are maintained. Enjoying this unit's phenomenal view of the dunes and the ocean has kept us coming back for years. We're looking at the calendar to find our next opportunity to visit again.

Have vacationed in St. Augustine for many years and rented condos at Sea Place a number of times. This was, by far, the nicest one yet. Well decorated, great towels and linins, fresh paint and great tv/dvd/wireless internet. I also liked being able handle details online and just pick up the keys when I arrived. I will be a repeat customer.

This place and our vacation was wonderful! The communications and availability/response to our questions from VacationRentalPros was excellent. Clean, quiet, plenty to do and safe; Sea Place, 11208, is very comfortable, beautifully decorated. To sit/relax/dine out on either of the two balconies is fantastic. Great place to enjoy the ocean, easy access to the beach- we saw dolphins every day-the dune restoration area is great for nature lovers. Anastasia Island is a great place to stay, nice restaurants(South Beach Grill, esp), and the old city, downtown St. Augustine is charming- adding an old Europe feel to the beach front-just a great combination- Enjoyed and highly recommend.

In general I was pleased with the property. However, screen doors for both the patio off the living area and master bedroom were in need of repair and we also had a problem with the cable TV and wireless internet which were resolved but was an inconvenience during our stay.

The condo at Sea Place was a wonderful rental for our month long stay. The unit was completely renovated and beautiful...with new paint, carpet,counters...really beautiful and comfortable...and the oceanfront view was spectacular with the sunrises and daily beachwalks!! We loved the chance to really settle in and enjoy the beach life in St. Augustine as well as the shopping and delicious meals we had from the huge variety of restaurants and food available. We met alot of wonderful people and everyday was treat..even when just hanging around the pool!!! We will definately be returning!!

We had a great time at Sea Place. The condo and property were very well kept and beautiful. We had trouble with the coffee pot the first day, as soon as we called about it, it was replaced within an hour. We highly recommend this place!
