Island House E 225 Ocean View Rentals with Pool, St Augustine Beach Florida
Description from the manager
Get all the benefits of a beach house, with the convenience of a condo and the indulgent amenities of a well-run resort. Island House is tremendously popular with repeat guests and prime unit E225 is only now available for lucky guests.
It’s a two-story townhouse for up to four guests and welcomes a family or group staying one or more weeks. Given its two-story layout, this unit feels much more like a home than a condo and adds a tremendous sense of both space and privacy.
As a generously proportioned home, E225 would work just as well for a group of four or a couple. Large windows both at the front and back of the unit make it a very bright home, filled with sunshine.
In the main living area, you’ll find a helpful side table wherever you might sit, so the home is extremely conducive to reading (and ensuring you always have a drink at hand).
In the living room, two recliner chairs await your favorite movie or must-see sports game. Need a nap? A long, cushioned couch right by the sliding doors adds sea breezes to your rest. New HDTVs are the mark of attentive owners, and the living room’s entertainment does well to compete with your ocean view.
Clever architecture affords great privacy at Island House, as each unit and its balcony is angled towards the pool and ocean, rather than sitting square to its neighbor. Just off the living room, step on to your ocean-view balcony with just the occasional palm tree in between.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own sliding doors to another private balcony with ocean views. A queen-sized bed abuts a large mirror feature wall, making the room seem twice as big and ensuring you enjoy your views from all corners. As in the living room, a brand new HDTV is a great option when you’ve had enough sun. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large windows as well.
Island House stands out on St. Augustine Beach for its “just right” size. With only sixty units your vacation is certain to be quiet, yet the resort’s amenities are varied enough to keep you entertained for a week or more.
Coming with kids? In-suite laundry means more suitcase room for beach toys, and less hassle with clothing. Both the washer and dryer are full-sized and happily deliver fresh beach towels daily.
Island House E225 is very convenient both to the local area you’ll want to explore, and all the things you’ll need for enjoying ‘home life’ at E225. Grocery stores and all manner of shopping is nearby, as are highly recommended restaurants – Harry’s Seafood is a particular favorite. Be sure to make it to the renowned weekly farmer’s market and put local favorites and seasonal specials to use in your unit’s kitchen. Happy memories indeed.

Great place, beds were very comfortable, unit was actually excellently clean. : Clubhouse and pool were great, it was very close to the beach. Just a short walk to the beach. Not far from downtown St. Augustine. All in all a great place to stay.

This is the second time that we have spent spring break with the kids not only at Island House, but in this exact condo. The condo is really nice-donwstairs was refurbished- very very clean- and the amenities are perfect, not too many, not too little. Love the location! Right on the beachside of a1a, and real close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Beautiful view from one of the balconies. We will definitly stay here again!

I felt that this place was very family oriented and a great place for retired people. My condo #F232 was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms very nicely! A burner on the stove did not though. I felt safe here and the beach was wonderful! Great restuarants nearby also!

Hey there, my parents , from germany along with my husband , myself and 2 teenage girls stayed in your condo. Overall I got to say it was real nice. I wished i had known that the steps where so steeb since my mother had knee replacement and had a hart time going up and down to the condo and the bed room. The big burner on our stove did not work at all and the dryer needed to be turned on several times for the laundry to dry. The comunity center/ game room was a mess and the restroom was very nasty, not useable. Other then that , our stay was great. Hopfuly next time we don't have to worry about health alerts due to the smoke from the fires, but then of course thats something noone can controll... hope to come again soon... Conny

We love Island House. This unit is great; only minor issues were the recliner in the den (handle is broken & when reclined, it would not go back down) and the sliding screen doors on the balconies are not in great shape. Everything else was wonderful. Love the new kitchen! Also, thanks for the recommendation to Harry's Seafood Restaurant.
