There's something to be said for casting your eyes on to ocean views and pure sunshine from the first moment you wake up. Starting a perfect vacation day amongst nature's best scenes is quite the tasty premise. Both are available at once, at Anastasia 404.

Newly renovated, it offers non-stop views from a private balcony. It's a perfect, sunny spot to enjoy lazy breakfasts while planning your days.

The welcome addition of a coffee maker is amongst one of this unit's many spoil-you-rotten treats. Why head to Starbucks in the morning when you can stay at home and enjoy sunrise ocean views?

The high-life doesn't stop there. In fact, Anastasia is the tallest condo complex in the area and ensures you've got all the amenities of a fine hotel, the facilities of a great resort and the privacy and comfort of home. Call it the best of all worlds.

When you want a break from the action and adventure of ocean sports, or a brief respite from Florida's gorgeous sunshine, just head home to Anastasia 404. There, enjoy a movie on the various LCD TVs with DVD players, or flip open your laptop to use the included wireless Internet.

Even choose to cook a home-made meal. A fully stocked kitchen provides all cookware, appliances and gadgets - not least of which is the corkscrew. New additions that make this kitchen sing include the very chic mosaic backsplash, chunky counter top and endless cupboard space.

Anastasia 404's two bedrooms sleep up to four guests. Will you bring your family or travel here with another couple? Endless option in activities and home comforts make the choice yours.

More boudoir than bedroom, the master suite is completely luxurious and envelops its guests in pure relaxation. Rich chocolate shades make the large king bed even more tempting. There's private balcony access, too!

This master suite has its own bathroom, and the second bedroom's bathroom is just outside its door. Both have large closets, should you ever wish to beat the heat in our great local malls.

The on-site resort facilities are tops. Swim daily in the pool, or perfect your tennis game on either of two courts. The heated pool is over 8 feet deep at one end, and just over two feet at its shallow side. It's a great choice for family fun as it accommodates both paddling and more confident swimmers. A shaded overhang means you can catch rays or avoid them as you choose.

Be sure to save time to watch for dolphins, either from the beach itself or your private balcony.

Founded almost 450 years ago, St. Augustine has an astonishing history for a country barely half its age. The city is known for its many historic charms, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon's famous Fountain of Youth. While there's plenty for adults to enjoy over any length of stay, even kids will love racing around old cobblestones filled with tales of pirates and plunder.

On Florida's Atlantic side, St. Augustine is well-placed to offer everything to every taste. Football fans will love its proximity to Gainesville or to Jacksonville, and the excitement of Daytona Beach is nearby. Disney World is just over a two-hour drive, rounding out your perfect family vacation.
Additional amenities include: biking, boating, beach, fishing, washer / dryer.

Had a great stay in this condo. The building is old- the drains in the tubs slow, the key to get into the condo is very difficult but maybe because they are new keys, the kitchen is very well equipped except they need a broom and dust pan, they also don't have an alarm clock here, the beds are comfortable. Master has a very thick tempopedic foam so if you don't like soft - then sleep in the guest room. But overall the place was great for what we needed it for. Didn't realize they drove on the beach and parked. That was a nuisance. The staff was wonderful! The maintenance people were great! Remember, they don't have any control over what's in the condo - that's the owner.

There were a couple problem areas such as a very unsafe MB shower which was very slippery, the MB bed was very, very soft and had a foam pad that made it worse. Also several light bulbs were burned out. In general we were very pleased and had a great week. For the record there was no remote for the second BR TV.

Southern exposed deck was a God send and enjoyed it very much. Whenever sun was out it was warm sitting on deck. January weather was cool and windy. The beach was very nice, handy and nice view from deck. Condo was furnished very well and in good taste. Master bath tub was not good for taking showers, the tub bottom was narrow and not flat, slipped a couple of times. Also shower curtain was installed too low and too far inward, made taking a shower very cramped.
