Ocean Village A36, Top Floor, St Augustine Beach, HDTV, Wifi
Description from the manager
Extraordinary value with a view! That's what you'll say about Ocean Village Club A36, our snug condo just a stone's throw from the beach in a fully appointed oceanside resort. Cozily sleeping 4, it fits the best vacation amenities right into your budget.

The living room is designed for relaxation and includes a queen sleeper sofa. A 46" HDTV with cable and free Google Internet TV lets you surf the internet on the television or watch your favorite shows on the big screen. And the comfy recliner is just right for reading or taking a snooze. Windows fills the room with light, and a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door leads to our patio with views. Located at the corner of the third floor, Ocean Village Club A36 offers you privacy and front-row seating for the sunrise! Bonus: The owners have added a phone so renters can have free long distance calling to the US and Canada. That should be appealing for folks to save their cell phone minutes.

The patio brings the outdoors in, with chairs, and waist-high safety railing. This unit has free WIFI Internet, too, so bring your laptop or phone and send greetings to the gang back home as you watch seabirds whirl by in the salty air! Or perhaps this is the spot you choose for that first cup of coffee in the morning, when the rest of the family is still sleeping and time is your own.

Just beyond the living room is our new table. And that meal is easy to make in our efficient kitchen, with all the appliances and gadgets you need right at hand, plus a full complement of cookware and dishes. Stock our full-sized fridge and freezer with goodies from the wealth of delicious restaurants nearby -- you have plenty of counter space here, whether you want to concoct a gourmet feast from scratch or simply serve up frosty drinks from the ice crushing blender!

When it's time to sleep, the bedroom offers a luxurious new queen bed and a 32" HDTV with Google Internet TV and cable for relaxation. The twin sofa beds in the livingroom handle the guests and children. And the bathroom includes both shower and tub, plus a stacked washer and dryer to keep those swimsuits fluffy and towels warm.

And the best part is that for a fraction of what others are paying, you enjoy all the same amenities and privileges of the Ocean Village Club condominium complex. Two pools await you, one with an ocean view, the other heated, and both with plenty of space for lounging among the palms.

If tennis is your passion, our brand-new courts may put a little extra spring in your step. For a more relaxed game, try your hand at shuffleboard. Keep in shape with the exercise equipment at the clubhouse. Or simply pack a picnic and barbeque out in our pleasant facilities. We've even got an on-site library with a guest computer you're welcome to pop in and use anytime!

Of course, the best playground is nature itself, and it surrounds you magnificently at Ocean Village Club A36. A private walkway leads from this gated complex to the pristine white sands of our wide, breathtaking beach. From the rolling waves to the half-hidden seashells, the beach offers something for everyone in your group. If you're a beachcomber, leave your footprints in the damp sand for miles and miles. If you like room to play, bring the Frisbee, kite, volleyball net, and bocce balls -- there's space to spare on this uncrowded beach! Prefer the simpler pleasures? Plant your beach chair at the edge of the surf and let the foamy waves tickle your toes!

If you can tear yourself away from the beach, take time to explore the nearby Intracoastal Waterway, with wildlife-filled inlets and hiking trails. The birdwatcher will be in heaven here, and even first-time kayakers can paddle these calm waters. Of course, all manner of water equipment is available to rent, from surfboards to fishing boats!

Just beyond Ocean Village Club is historic St. Augustine, and many family attractions (from Disney World to the Kennedy Space Center) are just a short car ride away.

Nice place with good upgrades (wifi, nice lcd tvs) Convenient to the pool and (a little less so) the beach. Had trouble with the light in the bathroom twice (apparently a loose wire), the bed's box spring was broken, and the was a note left by previous tenants to maintenance about a big rip in the carpet exposing the tack strip (the rip was covered by a rug). My review sounds a bit negative, but it was really quite a good stay.

The entire team of vacation professionals and the location and friendliness of the other guest on the property, made our trip very comfortable and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back. The unit we were in was very modern with all of the utensils needed to feel at home for the week. Thank you again!! We loved it and can't wait to come back!

Ocean Village a36 is great place to stay Saint augustine Beach Fla.! It is kept very clean and stocked very well with all your kitchen needs. Ocean Village is right on the beach and with two pools, tennis, and a work out room we didn't have to leave the place that much! We would suggest that only couples rent this unit, because it becomes snug with four people. The unit is on the top third floor. This makes hard to carry things in and out if you are not in good shape.
