This was a great location for a sea kayaker with a family. The atlantic Ocean, Intercoastal Waterway and a pool were very accessible. This condo was only minutes from St. Augustine where there is lots to do with a family. The property was clean, the unit had a decent (but dated) stove. The deck/boardwalk is in need of repairs with a few soft spots that I avoided. Maintence was called on one item and it was fixed promptly. Prices are going up next year.

Very nice property, the beach front is uncrowded and everything was well manicured and peaceful. The view from the balcony is great, but it is definitely an afternoon/evening place, the morning sun is very hot for summer morning pleasure. We would stay here again.
