Villas Ocean Gate 341, 4 Bedrooms, Great Pool, HDTVs
Description from the manager
Beach living doesn't get any easier than at our spacious villa at Ocean Gate 341. Just minutes on foot from lovely Crescent Beach, it offers fine resort living combined with the beauty of an uncrowded beach. Come discover the good life on the coast!<br/><br/>Our condo is located in a resort containing 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, and a pond, plus private beach access that deposits you right on the sugary sands! In addition to Crescent Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway is just minutes away, and historic St. Augustine is right down the road by car. You're in the heart of vacation paradise here, so whether your passion is golf, water sports, nature, shopping, sightseeing, or simply basking on the beach, you've come to the right place!<br/><br/>When you enter our condo, the first thing that strikes you is the soothing, comfortable décor. Cool tiled floors, silently turning ceiling fans, and long sun-drenched windows all contribute to the light, relaxing feel of Ocean Gate 341. Kick off the flip-flops and make yourself at home!<br/><br/>Our open-plan living and dining area promotes togetherness and fun. The living room contains double glass doors, a new HDTV with new Blue Ray/DVD player, and a sink-right-in sofa and chair. It's a great place to unwind after a busy day at the beach or on the links. And if part of your group wants to do a little work on the laptop or catch up on email, use our dining table as a computer center. You have free upgraded highe speed wireless Internet at Ocean Gate 341 as well as free calls to the US.<br/><br/>Of course, if the table is already in use for a massive jigsaw puzzle or Uno tournament (or even possibly as a place to dine!), there's always the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Kids are especially fond of our tall stools, which enable them to put in personal requests to the chef!<br/><br/>And the chef is kept happy in our kitchen at Ocean Gate 341. There's a view straight through the living area to outdoors, which is most refreshing when you're cooking. We've stocked our kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, dishes, and gadgets you'd need to fix just about anything -- all you need is groceries! <br/><br/>We find, though, that the most popular items are the microwave, new Keuring Coffee Maker, blender, and dishwasher. The fishing and restaurants around the Villas of Ocean Gate just offer too much delicious food to worry about home cooking! Stock up on drinks and snacks, and chances are you've got everything you need for the perfect vacation!<br/><br/>Well, HDTVs, games, and meals are all great fun, but when it's time to sleep, you'll really appreciate the comfort of Ocean Gate 341. Our bedrooms cater to a great night's sleep, and we think you'll like all the beds as well as the soothing décor. We've provided all the linens, pillows, and blankets you might need, as well as towel sets for the 3 full bathrooms. Pack light and don't worry about bringing "extras." We've got you covered -- literally!<br/><br/>The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed. Don't be too careful in setting the alarm each and every night during your stay; what's a vacation if you can't "accidentally" oversleep?<br/><br/>The second bedroom contains a queen, very comfortably sleeping 2 in a light, sun-washed space that will soothe even the most excited children or adults. There is also a third bedroom a queen bed. And the fourth bedroom has a king trundle bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa bed.<br/><br/>All the details that make or break a good vacation are provided here at Ocean Gate 341. Your vehicle stays safe and cool in our garage, and your clothes stay fresh and dry in our washer and dryer. This is truly a place to walk right in and feel completely at home!<br/><br/>The Villas of Ocean Gate complex is attractively landscaped and pleasant to walk. The beach access is itself a lovely stroll, and the sands are pristine. You'll love greeting each new day on Crescent Beach, and returning each evening to your snug haven at Ocean Gate 341. Make us your home base for a terrific St. Augustine vacation!

We (4 woman) had a great time. We met some very friendly neighbors. It was a very peaceful place. The pool was very clean and we almost had it to ourselves. The walk to the beach was very nice. The garage door would not open with our remote. I think it

Had a fabulous time at Villas of Ocean Gate. The condo was exactly as advertised - big, bright and spacious with every item you could need provided - that is except a hairdryer which was a bit disappointing as we then had to go out and purchase one. But overall, really pleased with everything and location was brilliant. Five min walk to the beach (code wrong though for gates) and 10 mins into St augustine. Complex clean and pool all to ourselves the whole trip. Thank you

This is a beautiful townhome near St. Augustine Beach. There was plenty of room, lovely kitchen, wonderful screened porch. The only thing that would have made it better would be an ocean view. The walk to the beach was a little complicated at first, but we got used to the route quickly. Two minor complaints, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars for all: 1) the pull out bed in the downstairs room just inside the front door was broken, and 2) the couch upstairs felt like it was broken in the middle as well. The beach in this location is fantastic. This was a beautiful place to stay and we will stay here again for sure! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Rental was (mostly) as advertised. However, there was no internet access as stated and they unable to fix that problem. Also, you need a code to access the private beach and they didn't give us the correct one. If not for the kindness of strangers (who told us the correct code), we would not have had beach access.

I've stayed in every kind of place in St augustine Fl... From small hotels to very nice Villa's and other condos, This place was comfortable,It had a great view off the balcony of the pool and the ocean. At high tide I could hear the waves breaking at the beach. We always plan our trips around a full moon so you can walk the beach and see the beam of lite on the water, And it makes the ghost tour we go on more exciting also. We only had a few small problems while there, the internet Wi-Fi didn't work at all even tho they advertise it as having it, we had planned on useing it to search places to eat, tours, tide charts and places to sing karaoke but it didn't happen. maintenance came to fix it but after he talked to at least 5 or 6 people on the phone about it we knew then that it had never had working wi-fi before. So we gave up on that...

After spending the last couple of vacations at all-inclusives I was a little apprehensive about whether or not our vacation in St. Augustine would measure up. I was very pleasantly surprised and think we have found a vacation destination we will be using in the future. First of all, we were originally supposed to go to Pensacola, but changed our plans a week before because of the gulf oil spill. I had never heard of vacation rental pros before and wasn't sure whether I could trust them, but they were great from the beginning to the end. They answered all of my questions not only about the condo, but about St. Augustine beach itself and gave me tips that helped me on my vacation (such as purchasing a rental car). When we arrived our condo was very clean, spacious, and well kept. I was amazed at the amount of space/views we got for the price. I kept expecting some kind of "catch", but there wasn't one. The pictures online represented the condo and the view exactly. We didn't have our parking passes the first night, but Linda kept in touch well and brought them to us the next morning. The views from the condo were beautiful, water was on both sides of the condo and the balcony faced the ocean and the very clean and well kept pool. You could hear the ocean loud and clear from the balcony. There was a community grill that we were able to use. The complex seemed to be a mixture of residents and vacationers, all were very pleasant. The beach was steps away and was also incredibly clean. The beach and the pool were never packed. My husband and I a vacation that we will remember for a long time and would love to stay in the condo again if we head back to St. Augustine in the future. The one suggestion for improvement I would make is that being very unfamiliar with the area, we did have a somewhat difficult time finding the condo because it is more on Crescent Beach than St. Augustine beach. We were confused when we passed signs that said we were l
