This cottage is set mostly over the first floor, situated within walking distance to the village of Bugle, five miles from St Austell and sleeps two people.Sunnyvale is a welcoming cottage set mainly over the first floor, very close to the village of Bugle, five miles from St Austell. This cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom, as well as a ground floor family shower room. The cottage also has a first floor open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and a private rear garden with furniture. Sunnyvale is close to many attractions and places to visit, ideal at any time of year.
Amenities: Eco-friendly biomass system. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

There are a wealth of attractions nearby including the renowned Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays Castle and Garden, and Carlyon Bay.
