Description
Shrimp Cottage is a gorgeous recently refurbished grade II listed fisherman’s cottage situated in the heart of St Ives with four bedrooms and welcomes pets. This stunning cottage is minutes away from St Ives Town Centre with its galleries, restaurants and shops.
Step in through the front door to a beautiful character cottage open plan lounge/dining room with wood burner. The cosy lounge offers a large colourful corner sofa, comfy lounge chairs, Smart TV, DVD player and PlayStation 4 complete with games.
The galley style kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining table is found in the open plan lounge area and seats eight guests.
On the first floor, the master bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a zip and link bed which can be made up as either super kingsize bed or two single beds. The master bedroom also offers ample storage. Across the landing is a bunk bed bedroom.
On the second floor there is a small double bedroom with shower ensuite and built in wardrobe. The final bedroom also has a zip and link bed which can be made up as either super kingsize bed or two single beds and ample storage.
The family bathroom is located on the first floor with bath, separate shower, WC and wash hand basin.
There is a small cloakroom located off the kitchen on the ground floor.

“No parking”
Be careful, booking.com states free parking is available however this is not the case... parking costs £50 per week per car and has to be left away from the property.
