This self-contained, self catering unit is approximately 450 square. feet in size.
It features a combined living and dining area with adjoining kitchen and a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

In keeping with Barbados law NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE the condo. Smokers may only do so in the patio.

The beach is mere yards away and transportation is readily accessible for guests who do not hire a vehicle.

This is a very basic, simply furnished, clean, comfortable and affordable 1-bedroom condo located in Sunset Crest close to the beach.It is ideal for the vacationer who intends to take advantage of the Barbados beaches, outdoors and activities rather than spending a lot of time indoors. Despite this, persons preferring to stay indoors a lot will find it quite physically comfortable but with no cable TV. Nearby can be found banks, groceries, medical services, restaurants, bars, shops, public and private transportation, internet cafe and beauty/personal care services.

The condo offers one bedroom and one bathroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a patio and manicured grounds.

The A/c is coin operated so guests must pay for its use. One Barbados dollar (BBD$1) which is equivalent to US$0.50 will give just over two (2) hours of air conditioning.

It is furnished and equipped thus:

Living/Kitchen area: 3-seater sofa, 3-seater side sitter, a centre table, local TV, ceiling fan, fridge, electric stove, kettle, basic cutlery, crockery and utensils.

Bedroom: Two single beds, medium wardrobe with vanity, standing fan, en suite bathroom, A/C.

Bathroom: Shower, toilet and basin.

Patio: Table and two chairs suitable for dining, two bucket-type chairs and a small matching table.

Grounds: Well manicured lawn with tropical shrubs and palm trees.

Guests of the condo have access to the facilities at the Sunset Crest Beach Club including the swimming pool.

A charge of US$15 -$20 per night applies for a third person depending on the time of year.
