Come and enjoy this one of a kind, palatial, Mediterranean-style retreat, perched on a beautifully landscaped bluff overlooking the secluded Chocolate Hole Bay on the island paradise of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.
A dream come true, this stunning villa welcomes you with gentle tropical breezes, warm and delicious sunlight to bathe in, sweet floral scents of the tropics and the soothing music of waves caressing the white-sand beach below.
A rare gem, Villa St. John is one of only a few beachfront villas on this exclusive eight mile stretch of utopia. The rare presence of beachfront villas on St. John is Villa St. John’s most precious quality—three-fifths of its breathtaking beauty is protected as part of Virgin Islands National Park.
The island’s shoreline protects secluded bays of crystal blue-green waters pulsing with coral reef life, tropical forests, coconut palms and more than 800 botanical species.
This magnificent villa, with its British West Indies ambiance, is one of only a few six bedroom villas on the entire island of St. John and is available for those seeking a fantasy vacation of which dreams are made.
Stunning, warm and welcoming, Villa St. John is available as a six-bedroom villa or, in the low season, can be reserved as two separate villas. The master villa is comprised of four bedroom suites and the guest villa of two bedroom suites. Both the master and guest villas have their own living and dining room areas and newly renovated kitchens with rich mahogany cabinetry and graphite counter tops.
One of Villa St. John’s most unique features is that all of the six bedrooms are 650 square foot master suites (the largest on the island), each with their own balconies, offering panoramic views of Chocolate Hole Bay, the Caribbean and a picturesque inlet that accommodates spectacular yachts, a pristine beach and the rhythmic sound of lapping waves of crystal clear water from the Caribbean.
In addition to its Mediterranean-island architecture, Villa St. John is distinguished with whimsical designs by Pat Domina of China Blue Interiors. Its entire interior has recently been renovated with new furnishings, magnificent tile and hardwood flooring, entirely new kitchen, and many new windows and doors which provide panoramic views from every nook and cranny making your stay at Villa St. John an unforgettable island experience.
Enjoy a dip in the warm, clear turquoise sea of the villa’s semi-private, white sand beach or swim in the crystal water of the villa’s swimming pool, its deck splashed with casual outdoor furniture for sunbathing or entertaining. Enjoy the sunset over St. Thomas as you sit in the jacuzzi, have cocktails on the deck of the outdoor dining area, or relax on your room’s private balcony, all of which provide the perfect setting to watch the sun sink below the horizon over the sparkling bay and the blue-green Caribbean, or rise to announce a spectacular new day in paradise at dawn.
The villa complex is ideal for weddings, reunions, family get-togethers, a romantic island escape, honeymoons or for simply relaxing island-style and is the perfect launch for island adventures such as kayaking, hiking, shopping in Cruz Bay, snorkeling, scuba diving or deep-sea fishing.
For those who simply are unable to leave their work at home, Villa St. John is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet access, printer and fax.

We stayed our first night at the Westin, as Villa St John was unavailable. The Westin resort was quite nice, and we were upgraded to a Suite, but the resort is quite expensive for what you get. We moved on to the Villa on our second day and had a fantastic week laying by the pool, hot tubbing, reading at the beach below the Villa, exploring the many sights and beaches on the island (you must snorkel while you're on island!) and enjoying the many restaurants and bars in town, (the food is marginal unless you're willing to spend a lot, but the rum is inexpensive, so it all evens out on some level!)
The Villa was stunning and our bedroom suite was roughly the size of my entire condo in downtown Seattle. The open kitchen and dining areas were perfect for friends to visit from another Villa on island and the aC seemed to keep the temperatures in the late afternoon/early evening in check.
All in all, if you have a group traveling to the island, I would highly recommend Villa St John.

Entering Villa St. John is a wow experience! The view out the floor to ceiling windows to the beautiful water of Chocolate Hole takes your breath away. From the spacious bedrooms with balconies that overlook the water, to the hot tub, to the pool, to the well equipted kitchen the house had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Not far from Cruz Bay makes this house accessible to everything. Our 50th Wedding anniversary celebration with our entire family could not have been more perfect at Villa St. John. We even renewed our vows there followed by an amazing catered dinner. No one wanted to leave Villa St. John and St. John Island.

We had a wonderful time at Villa St. John. There were only 2 slight issues. The power went out a few times and this caused the water pump in the Main Villa to lose power. This required 2 visits from maintenance men to reprime the pump. The TV did not work for the first 3-4 days which was only an issue for some of the men who wanted to watch the Bruins hockey playoff game! We received prompt attention to our needs from the rental office. The house was clean and well stocked. Bedrooms/bathrooms large and well appointed. The location is great, close to Cruz Bay and on the way to the Coral Bay side of the island as well. We had a wonderful time and there was more than enough space for 6 couples to enjoy themselves together and solo!
