Welcome to the new, very cool Faja Lobie! Completely and tastefully refurbished in 2020, this charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa was literally gutted and totally redone from the floor to ceiling with new bathrooms, kitchen, furnishings and décor, terrace and infinity edge plunge pool... It is a new home with a modern vibe, cool colors and is ready to receive guests for a wonderful vacation experience!!

Lower 2BR rate offered for up to four persons with exclusive use of the villa.

Located directly on Burgeoux Bay beach in the residential area of Beacon Hill in Dutch St. Maarten, just steps from the famous Sunset Beach Bar. You'll be close to restaurants, shops, casino, grocery, bars, and all the fun that comes with those amenities.

This home offers a wonderful combination of indoor and outdoor living space. The interior living room is comfortably furnished and offers a nice sized wall mounted cable TV. The adjacent newly redesigned open concept kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and grey stone look counter tops. The interior living space opens through glass doors out to the covered gallery from where the beach is just steps away. The villa has fabulous unobstructed ocean and sunset views from its comfortably furnished terrace. You'll more than likely enjoy a parade of sail boats during the day and the beautifully lit cruise ships as they sail off in the evenings. Alfresco dining for 8 persons is also on the terrace.

Down a hallway from the living area (no having to go outside to access bedrooms) are 3 air-conditioned uniquely styled bedrooms, 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, each with their own ensuite bath. The front bedroom opens to the pool deck and has an indoor and outdoor shower in the bathroom. The 2 other bathrooms offer walk in showers.

The beautifully stone tiled infinity style plunge pool is perfect for cooling off during the hot days. This home is a wonderful choice for families or couples and offers a great beachfront value.

Please note that Burgeoux Bay has a fluctuating amount of sand depending on the tides, weather, swells, etc. We have seen it with tons of sand, and we have seen it very rocky and more than likely it is a combination of the 2... one never knows. Therefore, it is recommended that you bring water shoes just in case. Otherwise, the water is typically very calm, clear and warm, and is great for swimming and snorkeling. And bonus... there are typically shells to be discovered on that early morning stroll.
