Heaven on Earth. Pass a Grille is famous for its sugar sand beaches, historic landmarks, shops, and restaurants. That cozy beach feels you've been looking for is here! This gem is located on 27th Ave w/ access to walking/biking path & its own pathway to the beach! The Studio is a concrete block (550)SQ FT. It is clean and comfortable with full kitchen and every tools you need to have for cooking your meal. A remodeled bathroom and also this property comes with FREE cable TV, FREE WIFI and a New Samsung Smart TV. A peaceful courtyard with tables, umbrella and a charcoal Grill for outdoor cooking. We provide you Beach Towels,Beach Chairs and linens. We are Pet friendly (NON REFUNDABLE PETS FEES AND VACCINATION PROOF IS REQUIRED)Pets fee $200 per pet per stay (none shedding)20 LBS limit ,larger pets/shedding are EXTRA .please contact us before booking.Best of all, only take 60 Seconds walk to be on the Sandy beach from your doorstep.
