Description
Overlooking the Golfe of St Tropez and the harbour of Ste Maxime, the villa Zen is located in the heart of the private and peaceful Domaine du Grand Souleyas. The Villa Zen, rated 5* by the French Office of Tourism, is close to the town centre and benefits of an amazing panoramic view on the sea and the Harbour of Sainte-Maxime and its hills. It is surrounded by two wonderful gazebos and a private swimming pool and a very beautiful Spa (Hot Tube or Jacuzzi). The pool can be heated if you want, as option.
The villa, like a nest in its landscaped garden with mature trees and flowering shrubs on a 2500m2 land, is composed of 2 levels and air conditioning is available in every rooms.
It is composed of four on suite bedrooms and can welcome 8 adults.
The villa is 1 km from the beaches of the Croisette. The Domaine is 2.5 kilometers from the town centre and its shops.
On the ground floor, the villa, which is air conditioned, is composed of a living room with a fire place, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Both open on a very nice terrace, surrounded by the swimming pool facing the sea.
Three steps lower you have the night area composed of three bedrooms, also air conditioned, that open to the garden. Each one has a specific atmosphere. The parental bedroom has an on suite bathroom and toilet. You also dispose of a safe.
On that floor, the two other rooms have their own shower room and toilet. This level has also a separate toilet.
On the first floor you have the master bedroom with its Provencal atmosphere; it is also air conditioned. Its spacious bathroom is composed of a bath and a shower; the toilet is independent

-bedrooms: security lock in each room; double bed (160 x 190) in all the ground floor bedrooms, and a double bed 160 x 200 upstairs. 3 folding cots and a child bed in option, and an highchair, so 10 adults and 4 babies or children can stay there.

-hallway: washing machine and dryer, a second fridge and a freezer, iron and ironing table, drying rack

Cleaning: to guaranty an irreproachable cleanliness, a thorough obligatory cleaning service is organised at the end of every stay.
