Located a short distance from the heart of historical St Rémy de Provence, this stylish Provençal home is one of our most comfortable 3-bedroom villas in France. Well known for being the inspiration for Van Gogh’s famous Starry Night, St. Rémy also hosts many festivals and celebrations throughout the year.
Relax on the sunny terrace, or cool off in the villa’s pool surrounded by roses and flowering shrubs. The property also features an outdoor dining area and trellis– the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing lunch or glass of local rosé. A second terrace along the side of the villa is a favorite for morning coffees and breakfast.
Villa Bigau is a very comfortable and nicely decorated villa with A/C in its 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool. At a walking distance from Saint Remy de Provence this charming and well-preserved town surrounded by a gorgeous countryside that inspired Van Gogh's best works. The Villa blends traditional architecture and decor with modern conveniences like Wi-Fi. The open plan living, kitchen and dining areas are designed for easy entertaining. Beautiful paintings and artwork are carefully selected and hung throughout the home.
The villa features three air conditioned bedrooms and will comfortably sleep up to six guests. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and a fireplace, while the other two queen size bedrooms share a bathroom.
The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and offers plenty of boutiques, cafes and art galleries to explore. On Wednesday mornings make a special trip in to the town to experience its weekly market. Spend a day wine tasting at some of Provence’s finest vineyards, or take a drive to the famous French Riviera coast.
The town is very attractive and everything a Provencal town should be with, narrow streets, sleepy squares, fountains and boulevards often shaded by century’s old plane trees. You will enjoy lots of small boutiques and art galleries, plenty of bars and restaurants to enhance your stay. Discovering Saint-Remy-de-Provence also means enjoying the magnificent landscapes of the Massif des Alpilles, with the town nestling at its foot.
Stop by Avignon to visit the Palais des Papes and the Pont d’Avignon but also, the Museum of the Petit Palais, the Avignon Cathedral, Notre-Dame des Doms, to attend cultural events, try a gastronomic restaurant and of course discover the theater festival in July.

The villa was beautiful, the pictures did do the property justice. All the essentials were available. We cooked quite a bit since the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We enjoyed having a pool as well. - Ruchira P., New York, USA
