A second double bedroom at basement level also has a super King-size bed, fitted cupboard and skylight (plus adjacent shower room - see below). On the top floor is a further twin bedroom with built-in wardrobe, drawers and airing cupboard, plus a bunk-bedded room, ideally set up for children. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) included. BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite bathroom above is a family bathroom (on top floor) with bath, electric shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light. On ground floor is a shower room with power-shower, w.c., wash hand basin, shaver point, light, and heated towel rail. CLUBHOUSE/BAR Accessed via stairs from master bedroom, a small timber clubhouse/bar with sink and fridge. Doors lead out to upper sun terrace.TERRACES A beautiful, fully enclosed lower terrace with delightful York stone paving and a re-built (2014) stone wall is the perfect space for private al fresco dining. The upper terrace (almost 50' in length) is fully decked and provides a superb area for entertaining. Barbeque available. Limited views of the estuary across to East Portlemouth.
