Description
For those who wish to stay in the centre of a picturesque town, known for the filming of the movie "Captain Corelli's Mandolin", this apartment is ideal. It is 85 m2 and is situated in the central square of Sami with panoramic view to the sea and the harbour. Ιts advantage is the sun terrace, with built sofas for relaxing all day long.
It is on an upper floor and has got 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are in the back of house with balcony having view to the green mountains.
In the front part of the house, with view to the sea and the harbour, there is a fully equipped kitchen. In the same space there is the dining and the sitting room, where there is also a couch that becomes bed in order to accommodate one more person. The house has WiFI Internet, Satellite TV and all its rooms are air-conditioned.
Due to its location everything is within walking distance: Beach (300m), Super market (80 m), Health center (300 m), Pharmacy (50 m), Gas station (200m), restaurants/ cafe ( 20m ), ΑΤΜ ( 100m ).
Distance from major attractions: Melisani Lake (2.5 km), Droggarati Cave (4 km) , Myrtos Beach (19km), Antisamos Beach (4 km), Taxi station (opposite)
