Description
Villa Stathis is a three storey villa. The modern lounge area on the upper ground level is open plan and very spacious with a feature fireplace, flat screen TV and homecinema, leather sofas and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a full bathroom with a washing machine. French doors lead out onto the terrace area and the pool. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded with ensuite bathrooms. The lower ground floor has a twin bedroom/studio which benefits from it's own seating area and it's ideal for older children who would like abit more independence but are still in the main house. The outside area is laid mainly to lawn with a large 9x4m salt water swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a large terrace area with dining table and chairs and BBQ, making it an ideal place for an evening in. In this villa you enjoy both traditional Greek atmosphere and modern luxury. A peaceful location in an olive grove far away from the main road with beautiful views of verdant mountains and the island of Ithaca quarantee relaxing holidays.Village of Sami is 2 km away from the Villa Stathis. Nearest beach is the Sami beach only 1km away.

“Fabulous holiday.”
We stayed in villa Stathis of the Olive Garden Villas in May 2018. This villa is stunning in a peaceful location and Satu the host was lovely, we didn’t get to meet Danny but when I was booking Danny answered all my questions and dealt with the booking process, he also phoned me at one point when I was struggling with some details and he was also lovely and reassuring. We found May a good time to go as the weather was great ( low 30’s every day) and the island felt quiet. We found a campsite on the beach about a 3 min drive from the villa which my kids absolutely loved as it had a pool for customers purchasing food & drink so we would go and have a fantastic lunch, the food was great, the kids could go in the sea and then straight into the pool and eat ice cream all afternoon!! The villa itself is in a peaceful private location and all you could hear are the birds, local goats and occasionally the boats in the harbour. I would say a car is essential as you need to travel down a lane to get to the villa. The villa is well equipped and we didn’t need for anything, the outside facilities are also fantastic. There are a couple of local shops/supermarkets not far away for supplies, and it is great to eat down at the Sami harbour at night time. This really was our kind of holiday, quiet and relaxed but I know people want different things out of a holiday. We visited the dragotti caves, mellisini lake, myrtos and antisami beach all were not far from the villa which is situated about a 45 minute drive from the airport. We would love to go back.

“Excellent”
What can we say? Danny and Satu looked after us so well. They gave us our privacy, but were there if we needed a question answered. And the quality of the accommodation was first class.

“Great villa”
Great villa in a beautiful olive garden. Chrystal clear Ionian Sea and peaceful beach are just 1km away. Each villa has it's own spacious backyard with a swimming pool and a barbeque. Villa is very well equipped. The owners are really nice people. Excellent choice!
