Description
Wonderful Bay Park Ocean view and Mission Bay view home with private solar heated salt water pool and spa. Architecturally interesting home with Designer finishes and state of the Art amenities through out.
The home is 2500 sq feet of interior living space, spread over 3 levels. The ground floor consist of two guest bedrooms with sliding doors to the Pool and entertaining area as well as to the entry courtyard. There is a large guest bathroom with separate shower, large roman jetted tub and double sinks. The bathroom is finished in travertine and has heated floors and a separate door to access the pool area. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen size bed, designer linens, and large walk in closet and a wall mounted LCD television. Every room in the house is wired for stereo with built in speakers and individual volume wall mounted controllers. Also on the ground level is the Entry Hall and laundry area. Designer touches!: The second floor of the home consist of the formal living room which is two stories with a dramatic two sided gas fireplace, and 10 ft. double french doors that lead to the bay view terrace with an outside seating area to enjoy the views, the Sea World nightly fireworks while being warmed by the cozy fireplace! The living room has a dual sided gas fireplace for your enjoyment.
The formal dining area seats 6 in comfort with large windows overlooking the entry courtyard with beautiful and lush tropical landscaping and a unique fountain.
The state of the Art kitchen has a thermador gas range and commercial oven, custom slab granite counters, a large center island with bar seating. The kitchen is open to the tv room with a 40 inch wall mounted plasma tv, built in surround sound stereo system, all of this can be enjoyed while overlooking the rear yard, pool and spa. The second floor is connected to the pool and spa by a custom metal freestanding landing and stair case.
The Top floor of the home is dedicated as a 'Master Retreat'. It consist of a computer desk area overlooking the entry courtyard with amazing views of the Ocean and Mission Bay. The bedroom area has a queen sized bed and a 32 inch wall mounted plasma tv with built in surround sound stereo. The 'Master Retreat' also has an adjacent sitting area with a free standing gas fireplace and an adjoining small balcony with double french doors overlooking the rear yard and pool. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with a window of views to the Ocean and Mission Bay, a double vanity, heated floors and a large walk in closet.
Pool area:The rear yard has a gas grill, and designer outdoor seating for dining and entertaining. There are designer chaise lounges to soak up the sun and floating rafts for the pool.
