Additional Location Information

The villa is situated in one of the most beautiful stretches of the Lazio coast, just a few hundred metres from the beach, visible from the house, of San Felice Circeo which, together with the nearby beaches of Sabaudia and Sperlonga, can boast of the Blue Flag award for the beauty of its sea. There are many activities available in these areas, from simply spending quiet days on the beach in the sun to hiking in the Parco Naturale del Circeo, the only Italian and European park on level land in a marine environment and a protected area since 1934 to safeguard the wealth of biodiversity that characterizes it. You can dive, for example, to see the famous submerged statue of Christ, or explore the many grottoes such as the Grotto of Guttari, where archaeological remains have been found found, or the Grotto of the Goats. Two of the most beautiful cities of central Italy, Rome and Naples, can be reached in just over an hour by car; you can also take a ferry from the town dock to the Pontine Islands, a magnificent archipelago which includes six major islands of indisputable appeal.
