Our apartment was amazing, it was in the perfect location for us and it was so nice to stay in such a clean and well kept place. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely like to stay again on our next visit.

This charming apartment was great for my daughter and I for a week. Location excellent! Kitchen had everything needed to make it home. Old charm and claw foot tub gave the place a feel for living DT! Description accurate and management was great to work with to reserve. Wifi, dvd, cable easy and instructions great. Even the tennants were welcoming and helpful. Thanks!!! We'll be back.

This studio apartment, in reality, is just as described in the pictures / discription. The unit was very clean, self check in was a breeze (key / lockbox). The building, in general, is very well maintained - common area's are clean and the architecture / feel is quite charming. The unit has high ceilings, lots of windows, quaint bathroom, completely modern kitchen, wi-fi, dvd and a diverse selection of movies. Location is ideal - walk to Wharf, china town, financial district, Lombard St, Russian Hill etc. No need for a car - parking in SF is a nightmare and taxis are everywhere. This is an older building built likely in the 30/40's - walls are solid, no neighbour noise - but street noise does filter in through the original looking windows - but this wasn't an issue for us. Next time we are in SF we will definately contact Bernat / come2SF.com for accomidations.

This was a great little studio. Well located and in a nice neighbourhood. Catch the train from airport to Powell st then you can take the cable car very close to the appartment. Instructions for collecting the key etc were accurate always helps. Clean and tidy. I thought it would have been nice to have a couple less tables in the studio and an armchair or two. I counted 4 tables/dressers which cluttered the room. One dresser and two comfy chairs with a small coffee table. Tv could be mounted on the wall with a shelf for things underneath. Overall a great, inexpensive place. A beautiful walk down to the piers. Could have a folder with some helpful info and maps etc.

Honestly at first, we weren't sure if it was an interesting deal, but the apartment seemed nice, the price was interesting and the location was good so we rented it. We had a very nice surprise seeing it : it was of course clean, had everything we needed (dishwasher, hoven, dishes, coffee machine, tv, bathtub, towels...).There is an elevator. It's well located : we can walk to market or to chinatown easily, and it's just in front of the bus stop n?27 anyway. I loved that it was very lightful. Unlike us, don't forget to see the roof top terrace, the view is wonderful (we only saw it by night on our last day!). There are 2 washing machines in the building but as people were using it when we needed it, we went at the laundry right next to the building.
Great experience, no bad surprise, we recommend it.

This studio apartment could not be more perfect! The apartment itself was recently renovated, and we loved the kitchen! The apartment is located in an historic apartment building with a well-kept original Otis elevator, and a rooftop deck with great panoramic views of the city. The location of this apartment was in the middle of everything, and made it easy for us to get around. I would definitely stay here again!

We were able to check in independently and easily. The suggested parking garage was a blessing, being reasonable in distance and cost. As a couple, we were totally comfortable in this studio apartment. It probably would be tight for 3 people. The wifi, rooftop deck, quaint elevator...everything was great! The building even recycles batteries!

Location, Location, Location! Me and my husband
stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a great time. The
studio is walking distance to everywhere and it’s
fully equipped. The bathroom and the kitchen are big
considering it is a studio. Amazing views from the
roof top deck with a glass of wine and grilling some
meat. I highly recommended to everybody. There are
many restaurants and cafes in the area, Nob Hill is
an amazing neighborhood, and lots of public

This spacious studio apartment was charming, clean and comfortable with a lot of natural light. The host was very friendly and we received great service. The rooftop deck with BBQ was a great perk with an amazing view of the city and Golden Gate Bridge. The best part was the location, which is walking distance to most everything. The kitchen was fully equipped and we even had some DVDs to choose from. The little bistro set in the window was perfect for breakfast with a view. I cannot think of anything I did not like about this apartment and will definitely stay there again.
