Description

The Yacht stay in charming Marina, located in the city centre. Around a lot of restaurants and cafes, beaches. 15 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes to Ashford Ave. Near public transportation. You will enjoy the atmosphere and views around the boat. Suitable for couples, and groups.

The yacht is located in a San Juan bay Marina, there are showers, laundry facilities. Guests must be polite and respectful of the neighbors in the marina. Looking for mature guests. Children ok. Just not a wild party . It is a yacht you will need to be able to climb stairs and navigate the decks. You are free to enjoy the yacht as you wish. All decks are open to you. Have guests, relax, party. Free parking.

The luxury 78 ft sailing Yacht has a lot of amenities. There are 4 private gest cabins.

The indicated price is for Standard cabins for double occupancy. The person after 2 have to pay $65 extra.

There are 6 bunk beds in 3 cabins. 3 upper and 3 lower full berth, 3 combined bath and shower. Each standard cabin accommodate 2 people. For single occupancy please add $ 50

Fourth cabin is master bedroom this king size bed and twin size bed. Separate bath and shower. Good for couple. Cost $195 per night .

If you will have occupied entire boat You have to consider of $600 per night.

In case you have booked the cabin just for 1 night and change your mind and make decision to prolong your time on the boat for couple more nights you will get the price without extra charges and fees.

Sorry the boat could not sail away from Marina.

If you want to make a day trip by boat I can help to arrange an another boat for $800 per 2 hours trip.

The captain will be staying on the boat because there are things that need to be taken care of on a daily basis. His cabin is in the front of the boat and far away from the guest rooms. There is an adequate amount of privacy.

Saloon with comfortable coaches and full kitchen with the breakfast area. Big outside table for eight people is nice for romantic evening with a candles and glasses of vine.

Please understand that staying on a boat is not the same as staying in a hotel. You will be provided with a clean cabin, clean towels, and linens. However, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the cabin while you’re staying on the boat. The cabin is much smaller than a hotel room. Air conditioner is located inside each cabin and it can be a bit noisy. When using the bathroom, paper would need to be thrown out in a garbage can. Anyway, I hope you take advantage of this unique opportunity and experience living on a boat just like many other people that travel around the world.
