COVID 19 UPDATE - August 2022:
We have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our properties and for your added peace of mind we are incorporating an even more intense cleaning regime & sanitization process. As always we will maintain our properties at the highest level.
= ACCOMMODATION is cleaned THOROUGHLY and then DISINFECTED, including electrical switches, door knobs/handles, remote controls, cabinet handles, condiments, appliances, faucet handles, back of chairs etc...
=We will now include hand sanitizer, paper towels and pack of hand wipes in all accommodation.
=All towels and bedding are washed on the highest possible heat with washing detergent.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
This is a spacious 2 bed, 2.5 bath apartment. with communal swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The interior of this apartment is very exclusive with superb open plan lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, one double and one twin bedroom. Both rooms have en- suite bath and shower and fully fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning for the hot summer days and heating for winter visits and there is room for up to 4 in this apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and receives full Sky UK TV, including movies and sports channels. There is also full fibre optic WIFI throughout.
The La Goleta apartment is home to a beautiful pool area, tropical gardens and underground parking, whilst being on a couple of minutes walk to the beach!
We will include a complimentary welcome pack with every booking.

“Excellent Location, Beautiful flat!!!”
The flat is immaculate and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is also clean and hardly anyone uses it. There is a lovely outside area that can be used to have breakfast and lunch. It is located a five minute walk to the beach. The beach area is perfect for long walks. The beach has some amazing restaurants to dine in. There is also an area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The town of San Pedro is also a ten minute walk. The town has some lovely restaurants in the square as well. There are lots of coffee shops, dessert shops and cafes. San Pedro town also has some lovely boutique shops as well as shoe shops. There is also a market in San Pedro every Thursday which is worth a browse. There is a lovely Thai restaurant located near the SuperSol supermarket. The supermarket is a ten minute walk from the flat and has everything you would need for the stay. If you need to order a taxi and have the number, towards the evening there is always someone sitting in the small office next to the main gate of the block. We always asked them to order the taxi for us as they could explain the address better in Spanish. Puerto Banus is a half hour walk from the beach or a ten minute taxi ride costing 10 Euros. The flat is in an excellent location and is perfect for a more chilled out and relaxing holiday.
