Description

Dotato di una grande cucina, due confortevoli camere matrimoniali (con possibilità di aggiunta di un lettino per bambini) , due bagni, Jacuzzi, un ampio salone con divano letto, Wifi gratuito, TV satellitare, il nostro alloggio può ospitare comodamente sei persone.

Tutte le camere sono climatizzate e rifornite di lenzuola, asciugamani, teli da mare.

E’ possibile parcheggiare senza nessun costo aggiuntivo fino ad un massimo di due auto nel cortile della casa chiuso da cancello automatico.

Sono compresi nell’affitto i costi di luce, acqua e gas e le pulizie al termine del soggiorno ( è possibile per soggiorni lunghi concordare a parte un servizio di pulizia aggiuntivo e cambio della biancheria, secondo le vostre esigenze).

Durante i mesi invernali un caminetto a legna potrà dolcemente riscaldare le vostre serate ( mettiamo sempre a disposizione dei nostri ospiti una cesta di legna), mentre durante la bella stagione e nelle giornate di sole invernali potrete fare colazione in balcone o prendere il sole sulla torretta godendo di una splendida vista mare che abbraccia tutto il golfo di Sanremo.

L' appartamento è totalmete indipendente ed i nostri ospiti godranno della più ampia libertà. Siamo sempre felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti e consigliarli se lo vorranno sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare e dare loro ogni informazione ci chiederanno.

A pochi passi dal nostro alloggio si trova la pista ciclabile della Riviera dei Fiori.. Inaugurata solo qualche anno fa con lo spostamento a monte della ferrovia, la pista ricalca il tracciato ottocentesco della strada ferrata e si snoda per 24 chilometri sul bordo del mare toccando diversi paesi come Ospedaletti, Bussana, Riva Ligure e San Lorenzo al Mare. Dalla pista ciclabile è possibile accedere alle varie baie e spiaggette, scendere dalla bicicletta per un bagno di sole o di mare, o gustare un delizioso pasto nei vari ristoranti presenti sia sulla pista che sulle spiagge. A 10 metri da casa si accede al parco di villa Ormond, con le sue piante secolari e tropicali, a 100 metri a levante si trova Villa Nobel con il suo parco, dove visse e morì Alfred Nobel, mentre a ponente vi è Villa Zirio dimora del principe Federico Guglielmo di Prussia. A 150 metri verso il mare si trova la bella piscina olimpionica all'aperto dentro il parco del Méditerranée, ove si può andare per una nuotata, prendere il sole o mangiare. Da quel punto si accede alla pista ciclabile ed il noleggio bici è a 50 metri.

Verso levante ci sono i negozi di quartiere di San Martino mentre verso ponente, poco dopo la stazione dei treni, c'è Corso Garibaldi con i suoi negozi ed il supermercato; superata Piazza Colombo c'è Via Matteotti con il Teatro Ariston (dove si tiene in febbraio il Festival della Canzone Italiana), le sue lussuose boutiques, il Casinò e la Chiesa Russa. Da Via Matteotti si accede anche al centro storico medioevale, detto "La Pigna", decantato da Italo Calvino nei suoi libri, ricco di iniziative culturali e musicali nel periodo estivo. Sempre sotto casa c'è il porto turistico con i suoi yachts e ristoranti, e proseguendo verso Porto Vecchio si incontrano la discoteca Victory Morgana con la sua spiaggia ed i locali e ristoranti di Piazza Bresca dove si svolge la movida cittadina.

Per raggiungere il nostro alloggio l'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Nice (France) o in alternativa quello di Genova. Potrete poi raggiungere Sanremo noleggiando un' auto o servendovi dei treni pubblici. L' alloggio infatti dista appena 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Sanremo e dispone di parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. La vicina stazione dei treni consente di raggiungere in poco tempo la Costa Azzurra con Montecarlo, Mentone e Nizza, mentre tutto l'entroterra ligure vi si offre per la varietà di villaggi e paesi arroccati sulle alture che meritano una visita (Dolceacqua, Apricale, Badalucco, Bussana Vecchia, Triora ecc...) anche per i loro ristoranti di cucina tipica locale.

Nella vicina Bordighera è possibile visitare Villa Regina Margherita, dimora estiva dell'ultima Regina d' Italia, oggi sede del muso della Collezione Terruzzi. A Ventimiglia vi attende lo splendido parco botanico di Villa Hambury attraversato dall'antica Via Aurelia romana.

La stagione balneare va da maggio a settembre e Sanremo gode di un clima temperato tutto l'anno. Da ricordare ad ottobre il Premio Tenco Rassegna della Canzone d'Autore, ed a febbraio il Festival della Canzone Italiana che richiamano a Sanremo moltissimi artisti italiani e stranieri. A ottobre il Rally di Sanremo e ad aprile Sanremo in fiore con i suoi carri fioriti. In ottobre gli Open di Tennis di Montecarlo e per il 2015 dal 21 al 24 maggio il Gran Premio di Montecarlo ( vi è la possibilità di assistere al gran premio da una barca ormeggiata al porto di Monaco, prenotando gli ingressi per tempo anche tramite noi).

Flat for 2-6 persons, located in the attic of a 19th century villa. View of the Gulf of Sanremo, convinient to: beaches, Olympic swimming-pool, bike path and the centre. Close to the railway station.

Equipped with a large kitchen, two confortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, jacuzzi, a large living-room with sofa-bed, Wifi, satellite TV our flat can put six persons up. You can also add a baby crib.

All the rooms are air conditioned. All the rooms are equipped with bedclothes, towels and beach towels.

You can park up to two cars in the courtyard, closed by an automatic gate, without addictional costs.

The costs of the light, the water and the cleaning at the end of the stay are included. If you stay for a long time, if you want you can ask for an addictional cleaning service.

During the winter mounth, a wood burning fireplace will gently warm your evenings. We always put in the flat a basket with firewood that you can use.

During the summer and on sunny days in the winter you can have breakfast on the balcony or sunbathe on the tower, enjoying a splendid view of the Gulf of Sanremo.

The flat is completely independent and you will enjoy complete freedom.

We will be always happy to welcome our guest and advise them on places to see, restaurants and give them any information they ask for.

A short walk from our flat there is a bike path along the “Riviera dei fiori” opened just a few years ago.

Its trail follows the route of the old 19th century rail-road and runs for 24 kms, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea touching small towns and villages such as Ospedaletti, Bussana, Arma, Riva and San Lorenzo. From the cycle path you can access bays and beaches, stop for a bathe or sunbathe, enjoy a meal at the several restaurants that are both on the track and on the beaches.

Ten metres from the house you enter the park of “Villa Ormond” with its secular and tropical trees; at 100 metres there is “Villa Nobel” and its park, where Alfred Nobel lived and died. Nearly there is “Villa Zirio”, residence of Prince Frederic William of Prussia.

At 150 metres, in the park of the Mediterranee there is the Olympic swimming-pool, where is possible to swim, sunbathe, have a good meal, access to the bike path and hire a bike.

Our neighbourhood is called San Martino and is a residential quarter with ice shops. Westwards there's Corso Garibaldi with shops and supermarkets; past Piazza Colombo, you are in Via Matteotti, with the Ariston Theatre (where the Italian Song Festival is held in February) its luxury boutiques, The Casinò, and the Russian Church.

From Via Matteotti you can access the Medioeval town centre, known as “La Pigna” where many cultural and musical events are kept in summer.

Near our house there is the marina with its yatchs and restaurants; towards the old port there is the disco “Victory Morgana” with beach, Piazza Bresca, the place of the city night life full of pubs and restaurants.

To reach our accomodation by plane, the nearest airport is Nice (France) or alternatively Genoa. From the airport you can reach Sanremo by train or renting a car. Our accomodation is at 7 minute walk from Sanremo railway station and has parking inside the property.

The nearby station allows you to reach Montecarlo and the French Riviera in a short time, while the Ligurian hinterland offers a large variety of villages thet are worth a visit (Dolceacqua Pigna, Apricale, Bussana , Taggia, Triora) with restaurants where you can enjoy dishes of the local cuisine.

In Bordighera you can visit Villa Regina Margherita, the winter residence of the last queen of Italy, now a museum and seat of Terruzzi Collection.

Near Ventimiglia you can visit the beautiful botanic park of “Villa Hambury” crossed by the ancient Roman road Aurelia.

In Sanremo the bathing season is from May to September and our Riviera enjoys a mild climate all year round.

Remember: In February the Italian Song Festival attracts many Italina and foreign artists.

In April “Sanremo in fiore” with many floreal floats.

In May “Le Gran Prix de Monaco” with the possibility to see le Gran Prix from the port in a boat, booking tickets in time (we can do it for you).

In October: Sanremo Rally and Montecarlo Open Tennis Championship.

Dalla stazione dei treni, 7 minuti a piedi percorrere corso cavalloni lato monte con direzione levante, superato l'incrocio con via duca degli abrruzzi imboccare la prima via a sinistra, via magnolie, e fare la scalinata in fondo per reimettersi in via Duca degli Abruzzi. Salire lungo la Via duca degli abruzzi e dopo 30 metri a sinistra si trova il civico 47.

In macchina uscire dall'autostrada a Arma di Taggia, percorrere l'Aurelia bis con direzione Sanremo ed uscire a San Martino. percorrere la via della Repubblica verso valle fino ad incrociare Corso Cavallotti e svoltare a destra; dopo circa 400 metri, la terza a destra è via Duca degli Abruzzi; percorrerla per circa 150 metri e sulla sinistra si trova il civico 47.

From the railway station , 7 minute walk along Corso Cavallotti going eastwards , past the crossing with Via Duca degli Abruzzi, the first street on the left is Via Magnolia; climb the flight of stairs: you are now in Via Duca degli Abruzzi and after 30 metres on the left you see number 47.

In your car: leave the highway at Arma di Taggia, take the “Aurelia Bis” to Sanremo and exit at San Martino (it is aou neighbourhood) drive along Via della Repubblica until you reach Corso Cavallotti, and turn right. After about 400 metres, on the right there is Via Duca degli Abruzzi; drive for about 150 metres along this street and, on the left you see number 47.
