Address : Via Liguria. 08020. San Teodoro, Olbia-Tempio, Sardinia.
From Olbia Airport or Boat Harbor you can take a taxi or a bus to San Teodoro. If you rent a car, please follow the signs to Nuoro and, once you are on the main road, follow signs to San Teodoro.

Some Tips: There are a bunch of business cards of restaurants in a pink\red box near the TV. In general, wherever you go, you will probably find good food. Ask to anybody if they know some agriturismo to have a good meal of 'Porceddu' (a typical pork dish).
Exploring: I suggest to go to the south where beaches are more wild and less controlled. My favorite one is at Posada. The village is charming with a beautiful view on the top of the tower.
Budoni beach is very nice too. There are several nice beaches from Budoni to Posada. If you want to go further, Santa Lucia and La Caletta are very characteristic. You just have to follow the main street on the coast and turn onto one beach when you feel inspired.
If you go to the north of San Teodoro, you always find beautiful beaches, but more crowded and you have to pay to park your car and sometimes even to get into the beach. You will be surrounded by umbrellas and chaise lounges, with not much privacy. They are beautiful beaches though, but often quite crowded, especially during the high season.
Ask for a map at the tourist office that is in the central square of San Teodoro.
For free Internet you can take seat in a bar and look for the Surfinsardinia network. It is free, but you need an Italian mobile phone number where you can receive the code they will send you. There is also a connection at "Lu Brutoni" and the "Gallo Blu", two restaurant/bars in town.
Some things to keep in mind:
Don't drink the water from the sink. It is drinkable water, but not very good. It is good for cooking and washing, but it is better to buy bottled water. Sardinia, especially during the Summer, doesn't have much water, so I suggest to not waste it. The house has lots of water available and has never run out of water, but it is better to avoid wasting it.
The electricity: the system we have in the house doesn't handle too many things turned on at the same time. For example, if you use the oven and the laundry machine at the same time, you will lose electricity. If this happens, you have to go up to the top of the street where there are 4 electrical boxes and flip up the switch on the first one on the right where it is written CUCCU. For any questions or doubts, please feel free to ask.

Check-in begins at 2pm
Check-out is before 11am
Check-in/check-out hours will be flexible, depending on whether or not there are other guests before/after your stay.
No check-in/check-out possible after 10pm or before 8am.
We will take care of washing the towels and sheets you will use. However, we will ask you to leave the flat reasonably clean, which means :
no dirty toilets and bath,
no dirty dishes/pans/cups,
no stains on the couch/on the bed/on the walls
In the event the flat will not be reasonably clean, we may deduct some money from your deposit
Unfortunately we do not have a place like a locker where you can leave your luggage before your check-in/after your check-out.
However, if the apartment is free before/after your stay you can leave it in the apartment and come back when you want.
But, if there are some other guests before/after your stay, you will have to take your luggage with you.

1) Electricity is limited to 3 kw. Don't turn on many appliances at the same time. If the electricity fails , you have to go up to the end of the street (on the right) and you will see 4 electrical boxes. The first one on the right, with CUCCU written on it, is the one you have to flip up in order to turn the electricity back on.
2) Water is not drinkable. It is ok for cooking and washing, but not for drinking.
3) Sardinia does not have much water. Please don't waste it.
4) Watering the garden is something we really appreciate and the plants do too. Let's help them survive.
5) Gas for the stove comes from downstairs. If there is no more, you can go downstairs where the water hose is, and change the pipe from one container to the other. The second one is probably full of gas.
6) The garbage bins are located on the street following Via Liguria on the right. There are more bins in a parking lot on the left just before the Salsero restaurant. You can also find bins in the center of the village.
7) Please do not leave any dirty dishes and try not to use all of the sheets and towels. Sometimes it is difficult to wash and dry them in time if guests arrive the same day you leave.
8) Please try to leave the apartment in good condition for the following guests.

*** For animal lovers: There are two wild cats in the street. If sometimes you want to buy some cat food or feed them with rests of your meal, they will be very happy. You have just to put the food in a plastic box on the soil in the garden during the night. At morning it will be disappeared. Cats prevent snakes and rats hanging out in the garden. They are useful. Thanks to feed them.
