Nel cuore del tipico borgo ligure marinaro di San Terenzo, perla del Golfo dei Poeti, a soli 30 m dal mare, al primo piano di un signorile palazzo del '900, appartamento di 50 mq finemente ristrutturato e arredato, curato nei minimi dettagli per offrire una comoda e rilassante vacanza in una delle più belle località della Liguria.

L’appartamento, completamente equipaggiato, è composto da cucina-soggiorno, ampia camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello, bagno e sgabuzzino. Dalla camera si gode la vista del mare e del giardino Shelley, dove lo scrittore amava rifugiarsi.

Nelle immediate vicinanze spiaggia libera ed attrezzata con noleggio canone, pedalò e piccole imbarcazioni, farmacia, supermercati, lavanderia, bar, ristoranti, negozi, posta, noleggio bici, bancomat, chiesa, fermata bus con efficiente servizio bus per La Spezia e Sarzana , a 1Km golf club, a 2Km traghetti per Porto Venere e 5 Terre.
