The Foxtel Standard package is included for your viewing pleasure including 30 channels across sport, entertainment, news, documentaries and movies.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second and third bedrooms have king beds which can be split to single beds as required. All bedrooms have built in robes.
The bathroom is small but clean and functional with shower over bath, single vanity and separate toilet.

The place was disgusting, hadn't been cleaned or dusted and quite frankly getting this does not impress me. We didn't occupy because of the condition and misrepresentation on the website. I was contacted to say that you had relet the premises and I am still waiting for refunds. Date of stay - nil vacated when state of premises seen. Photos taken. Would I recommend the rental: absolutely not. Would I recommend your company: given the fact you have sat not only on the prepayment, but the revenue from reletting: absolutely unscrupulous Does this need to go to Consumer affairs or Vcat? I’m very sorry you feel this way about the property, it is most unfortunate.
Regarding the refund, we emailed you on the 9th Dec, left a 4th phone message for you on 15th Dec and emailed again on 19th Dec. We do need your bank account details in order to refund the amount owing and have never received a reply to any of these messages. We are in the process of trying you again right now and again, have had to leave a message.
Regarding your comments on the condition of this property and your claim of misrepresentation, I strongly disagree. We have represented this property for approximately 5 years and have never received such comments. Our Housekeeping manager and Reservations manager both attended the property within a couple of hours of receiving your comments and could not validate your claims. And despite repeatedly requesting the photos to be forwarded to us, they never were.
We have achieved our ‘Excellence’ rating from Trip Advisor due to the overwhelming volume of positive reviews from guests. In addition to this, we survey all our guests during their stay and have achieved in excess of 9 out of 10 on average for housekeeping.
It is a core value of Boutique Stays to represent the properties accurately. We do not use wide angle lenses to distorting effect, and we include photos of every room plus a floor plan and virtual tour to ensure guests can make an informed choice. If you can provide more specific feedback regarding how you feel we have misrepresented the property, I am more than happy to review this.
We take all feedback very seriously, particularly any negative feedback. On this occasion, I am satisfied that we have indeed done everything possible to remedy the situation, including attending the property immediately, offering alternative properties which were not accepted, and of course attempting to contact you numerous times regarding the refund.

We found Sandy Haven a to be a great place for our holiday as our dog was comfortable and so were we. We were able to invite friends and family to visit us and the location was excellent - close to the beach, the shops and the train station.
