Description

This one bedroom fully equipped Air Conditioned apartment for the over 50's is situated right on the beach offering fantastic views of the Mediterranean. It has everything for a tranquil and comfortable stay while you enjoy all that Gibraltar has to offer. Sleeps 4.

This apartment is in a retirement complex, all guests must be aged 50 or over and therefore, is NOT suitable for children. Guests may be requested to show their passports in reception. The booker must be with the party, absolutely no sub-letting allowed.

The apartment is on a lower ground floor but can be accessed via a lift. Immediately below is the glorious beach of Sandy Bay. From the apartment you can see the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, Spain and in the distance the coast of North Africa. There is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views. In the evening sit with a nice chilled glass of wine whilst listening to the waves gently lapping at your feet, a wonderful way to end the day. Truly this is the best of Both Worlds. This apartment is our second/holiday home so you will find it is kept to a very high standard and a real home from home. The apartment is fully furnished including Smart TV with satellite channels and WIFI internet access. You can also access all the amenities available in the complex including the Gymnasium, Billiards/Games Room, Laundry and communal Lounge/Library.

“perfect holiday location”

Stayed for the first two weeks in June, The apartment has everything needed for a successful holiday, with the perfect location, overlooking the lovely beach at Sandy Bay.,A most welcoming "Welcome pack" including a nice bottle of wine, on arrival. Regular bus service into the west side of Gibraltar. Jill was most helpful. Thanks. well recommended

“wonderful apartment with fantastic views”

Ideal location right on the beach.Everything you could possibly want in a self catering apartment and more.Local buses stopping right outside the complex was a massive bonus and the fares for pensioners are so cheap too,an all day hopper ticket was only £1.20 per person. Had a marvellous holiday here really loved everything. Hope to return sometime soon.
