Our large, non-smoking two bedroom plus den/bedroom, 2 bath unit is one of the BIGGER Corner units that not only offers DIRECT GULF FRONT but also beautiful views of the Point Santo property and pool area. Completely remodeled and redecorated, this condominium boasts a terrific design, open floor plan, brand new furniture and old-fashioned craftsmanship.

You are invited to watch the sunrise and sunset from the screened lanai, plus you can see and hear the ocean from every room. This condominium has unsurpassed surroundings and views; there are just a few condominiums as CLOSE TO THE WATER as this one.

How do damage deposits work?

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
