A luxurious condominium apartment in the BayView Tower at the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa: right on the bay!

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 4 (unless additional party/ies are approved by owner prior to apartment rental).

Bay views from every room and orients to the West for those unbelievable sunset views!

We love our second home and take great pride and care of our apartment. Updates have been made to kitchen, and both bathrooms. Furniture and furnishings are kept up to date and cared for.

Our favorite place to be! Our 1250 SF under air + lanai (screened balcony) is a luxurious, eighth-floor condominium is bay-front and situated at the newly renovated, world-class, Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa; the only four star, four diamond resort in southwest Florida! Our BayView Tower is situated on a private peninsula on 85 acres of lush, tropical, unspoiled, San Carlos Bay waterfront off the Gulf of Mexico.

At waters edge, our unit has truly unobstructed, panoramic views of Sanibel, Captiva, and Pine Islands, plus numerous preserve islands.

Enjoy the many resort amenities or area attractions; or, just enjoy quiet times walking our private beach and gazing out over the bay and islands from our large private lanai (balcony) to often spot dolphin, manatee, eagles, and other birds and wildlife. It seems you can almost reach out and touch them!

Getting around

Visit world renowned Sanibel Island for its shelling; beautiful and endless Fort Myers Beach; or historic downtown Fort Myers, with its walk friendly riverfront environment, entertainment, and cluster of restaurants, historic buildings, and boutique shopping! Thomas Edison's historic home and laboratory are a favorite historic site to visit. Everything from golf courses to shopping of every kind are within a few minutes drive.

My wife and I live locally, only 20 minutes from the apartment. We are available should anything be out of the ordinary or need attention. Upon arranging rental please ask us to provide you with our "Eats & Activities" list which we developed based on our likes and experiences.
