Verbringen Sie die schönste Zeit des Jahres in dieser außergewöhnlichen 4 Sterne Ferienwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus in Biebernheim auf der Rheinhöhe oberhalb von St. Goar. Bis zur geschichtsträchtigen Burg Rheinfels sind es nur ca. 500 m. Sankt Goar können Sie über einen Fußweg in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen. Sie wohnen durch einen kleinen Wald vom Rheintal abgeschirmt in einem exquisiten Appartement, das wir in unserem Einfamilienhaus (in einer Spielstraße gelegen) liebevoll für Sie eingerichtet haben.
Wir sind nur wenige hundert Meter vom Ortskern Biebernheims entfernt. Hier finden Sie eine Bäckerei mit einem kleinen Angebot an Lebensmitteln des täglichen Bedarfs sowie ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

In der lichtdurchfluteten 63 qm großen Wohnung finden Sie allen Komfort, der Ihnen zu einem perfekten Urlaub verhelfen wird.
Der Wohnraum wird von einer großen Sitzecke mit Blick auf einen Kaminofen, der Ihnen in der kühleren Jahreszeit zu einem stimmungsvollen Aufenthalt verhilft, dominiert. In den Sommermonaten sorgt ein großer Deckenventilator zusammen mit einem fernbedienbaren Dachflächenfenster für die gewünschte Frische. Ein 40'' Flachbildschirm, eine Blu-ray-Anlage mit Surround-System, sowie kostenfreier Internetzugang über WLAN gehören zu den Annehmlichkeiten dieses offenen Bereichs.
Die hochwertige ALNO-Anbauküche mit Granitabdeckung und Frühstückstheke verfügt über Kühlschrank, kleinen Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine und Esstisch. Die übrige Küchenausstattung ist komplett und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das Appartement verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer.
Das größere Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 m x 2,00 m) mit verstellbaren Lattenrosten ausgestattet. Ein großer 37" Flachbildschirm rundet die hervorragende Ausstattung des mit modernen Kernbuchemöbeln ausgestatteten Zimmers ab.
Das absolute Highlight bildet ein Sternenhimmel, der in die Decke des Zimmers integriert wurde. Schlafen Sie unter Ihren eigenen Sternen!!!
Öffentlicher, kostenfreier Parkplatz steht in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch erhalten Sie für Ihr Fahrzeug eine eigene Garage (gegen Gebühr). Ihre Fahrräder können Sie in einer abschließbaren Garage kostenfrei aufbewahren.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich bei unserem Wohnhaus um ein Nichtraucherhaus handelt. Aus Rücksicht auf Ihre Nachmieter darf im gesamten Haus nicht geraucht werden. Ebenso bitten wir Sie, Ihre Haustiere während Ihres Urlaubs in unserem Hause Freunden anzuvertrauen.
St. Goar ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für:
• Wanderungen (z.B. auf dem Rheinburgenweg mit herrlichen Ausblicken in das Rheintal)
• Besichtigungen (wir haben im Mittelrheintal eine außerordentlich hohe "Burgendichte"!) Besuchen Sie die größte Ruine am Mittelrhein - Burg Rheinfels - oder lassen Sie sich bei einer Führung durch die Marksburg bei Braubach ins Mittelalter versetzen!
• Schiffstouren auf dem Rhein: flussabwärts bis Koblenz oder flussaufwärts vorbei an der sagenumwobenen Loreley bis nach Rüdesheim mit der weltbekannten Drosselgasse und dem Niederwalddenkmal mit einem herrlichen Ausblick.
• Schiffstouren auf der Mosel (hier starten Sie am besten von Koblenz aus).
