Apartment type F2 fully renovated ideal for 2 to 4 people consisting of a living room with 2 beds, a kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 2 gas burners, microwave, coffee maker, dishes), a bedroom with 1 large bed (160 cm) and a bathroom. located on the ground floor, it also has a private terrace and parking (tv with French channels). Apartment ideally located in Moriani beach about 80 m from the sea in a residence with trees "feet in the water" (direct access to the beach). Tennis - Playground for children, petanque ground, ping pong, WIFI hotspots in common areas, launderette. The village of Moriani (San Nicolao beach), offers all desirable shops and services, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bank branches, tourist office and coach service. equipment provided: drying rack, crockery (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, shooting cap ..), parasol, garden table + chairs, bed linen, barbecue. Bath towels are not provided.
