With views of the mountains from every window this bright airy chalet is a true retreat.

A generous 700 sq ft space, which includes a large bedroom with luxury bedding and a walk in closet. The fully tiled bath also contains a personal washer/dryer. The living room is furnished with a Ligett and Platt mattress in the sofa bed that is a combo air/sleeper mattress for exceptional comfort. A gas fireplace and a Large screen HD, LCD TV are a focal point of the living room. Equipped with High speed internet and cable TV you will be able to stay connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of storage. Relax in the Hot Springs Spa with Moto-massage and enjoy the privacy of an outdoor patio.Santa Barbara is called the "American Riviera" and this property truly allows you to take full benefit of the fantastic weather and beautiful scenery, while being close to all the action of the town and beach. “Relaxing and lovely”

The kitchen is super equipped. The hot tub was lovely. The bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and we will rent it again if and when we go back to this area.

How do damage deposits work?
