From the height of the Gibraltar Rd, this newly-remodeled modern home with breathtaking views of the city and the sea beyond. Its sleek architecture combined with the use of natural materials s.a. cork floors, tinted windows and solar energy in the open, uncluttered interiors, have created a serene environment bathed in natural light.

We are honored to be the stuarts of this sacred land and love to share it with you.
With the mountains at its back and the Pacific Ocean at its feet no city could have a more ideal setting.
It is serene in the vortex of energy.

Larry found this house on Gibraltar. The realtor brought him here, showed him the rooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen. What drew him was the energy of the earth which the house was standing on. When the realtor left, Larry came back and lay on the ground to feel the vortex of energy.
When he brought me for the first time, my first impression was, “Wonderful, beautiful but I am not driving up this road.” Larry did not let go, “No problem, I will drive you.” He drove me for a month till I decided to try on my own it takes me 15 min to get todown town or too the beach.
The view and the quiet and to be with the nature was absolutely worth it.
When we got involved with Pachamama Alliance in 2008 and needed the place to give the symposium, we bought this couch in the living room to sit 15 people. It went pretty well, I am not sure how much they got out of the symposium but the participants still are talking about the house and the view.
We were falling in deeper and deeper in love with the house and with each other. We love to travel and explore the world. Our first dream was to find out about healing places around the world.
We like Optimum Health Institute in San Diego. Wheat grass juice(yam), raw food, juices, exercise and meditation. We went to Thailand Chang Mi to visit Tao Gardens. We learned about asian healing. The food was different from San Diego. We had choices of cooked food and raw food. It was difficult to control our temptations.
We went to Japan to learn Shiatsu massage.
We went to France to visit homes of the french painters.
We loved Thailand and France. We went back to Thailand and Bali. Learned Balinese healing massage and how to be present.
We love Hawaii, Kawaii island.
Went on the fusion painting tour with Rassouli the Fusion painter to Check Republic to meet check painters and to paint. Turned out to be dancing meditation, painting and lots of good food.
We always wanted share this house with other people who like to show appreciate the nature, the quiet and healing energy.
We are offering it for yoga retreats or such.
We came up with idea to rent it to people for vacations. It led to learning about Fengshui and home decorating.
The Hatai Man in upstairs seating area is antique 200 years old wooden carved. He was found by Larry 30 years ago in hardware store in Los Olivos.
He follows us everywhere. He became the part of our family and brings us luck.
When we first enter the house we rub his belly and he loves it.. The gongs and drums were brought from all over the world.
I had interior designer to help me see things that I could not see to make this house beautiful.
