Additional Location Information

The home is located in the "Oak Park" area of downtown Santa Barbara, which is more of a "local" neighborhood that caters to the doctors and working professionals of Cottage Hospital which is a few blocks away. Close enough to take in all that State Street has to offer, but far enough away to avoid the tourist trappings that go along with it. A block away are some excellent "local favorite" places, including the Daily Grind for espresso, sandwiches & salads, The Cajun Kitchen for an excellent breakfast or lunch, and McConnell's Creamery for some of the best ice cream available in the Santa Barbara region.
