The house is in a quiet section of a great neighborhood. Easy walk to Plaza & downtown activities. Close walk to grocery stores. Tastefully decorated in a clean & contemporary Santa Fe style. Kitchen is well stocked & hot tub was very clean. Everyone in the group said they would definitely stay again. The only downside was the heaters were very loud at night.
Thanks so much for the great review! We will look into why the heaters were making so much noise.

My husband just loved staying at the beautiful historical Tecolote Casita. It was like being in a custom Santa Fe Style adobe home with custom furnishings that were top of the line. The home was very quite and peaceful, but close to everything that was happening...Reasturants, shopping, and entertainment. I must say that the beds were really comfy which is hard to find in most luxury hotels. We loved the fact that we had off street parking. The fireplace was a cozy place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner on the Plaza. Why stay at a hotel when you can have your own private home to enjoy! Can't wait to return. See you in February to celebrate my Husband's birthday! Wendy, thanks for the bottle if wine...nice personal touch and quite a nice surprise!!

Everything was great - the furnishings, the bedrooms the total atmosphere was great, and best was being able to walk to the plaza. The only downside was that the living room would not get warm enough and the fireplace did not work. Also had problems h the tv...but would come back

flew the family in for a surprise birthday weekend for my husband. perfect for us as we wanted to hang out, dine in (or out) and be close enough to walk to the square. parking is very tight and bathrooms need somewhere to put your hairdryer, etc., but other than those things no complaints. kitchen was amazingly outfitted and wonderful...plenty of room for more than one cook - this from our chef son who arrived wanting to cook! quality furnishings, appointments, linens and towels definitely added a touch of class. also close to the most amazing dog park ever. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back!
