Additional Location Information

Absolutely perfect location, a short stroll midway from all the best of Santa Fe. (0.6 miles to Santa Fe Plaza, 0.5 miles to the New Mexico State Capitol (aka "The Roundhouse"), 0.7 miles to Garcia Street Books, 0.8 miles to Canyon Road Art Galleries, 1 block to Restaurant Martin and Paseo De Peralta (the street that loops around the downtown area), 0.6 miles to Cowgirl Restaurant and Sanbusco Market Center and The Railyard shops)
The neighborhood is residential and VERY historic, but sunnier than the canyon area despite an abundance of mature trees. The area has many charming properties and borders The Old Santa Fe Trail. Lots in this area vary from small to acrea, and most homes are adobe. Style-wise, there are Pueblo Revival homes, Craftsman bungalows, Territorial Style homes and even a couple of Victorians. Besides adobe, there are homes made of brick, Pen-tile (an historic name for hollow bricks formerly made at the State Penitentiary), and framed stucco.
Grocery shopping at Wild Oats and Trader Joe's is very nearby. Santa Fe Farmers Market is 0.3 miles. Whole Foods is 0.4 miles.
Walk Score is 88, which is excellent! Look up more about this at (website: hidden)
