Entièrement rénové, climatisé et lumineux grâce à sa baie vitrée qui donne sur une terrasse pour déjeuner.
Le studio peut accueillir trois personnes : un lit en 140 et un lit en 90.
Entièrement équipé, vous disposerez de la télé, d'un lave-linge, d'un micro-ondes, d'une cafetière et d'un grille-pain.
Une salle d'eau avec WC séparé et une belle terrasse aménagée.
La résidence avec gardien et parking privé dispose d'une grande piscine sécurisée, d'un parc arboré pour se détendre et d'un accès direct à la mer.
Vous pourrez aussi vous rendre à pied jusqu'à la station balnéaire de Moriani-Plage qui dispose d'un centre commercial, de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants ainsi que des attractions pour enfants.
Située entre mer et montagne, la station balnéaire de Moriani propose une multitude d'activités sportives et culturelles. Elle dispose de toutes les commodités et elle est très dynamique. Sa position centrale vous permettra de rayonner sur une bonne partie de la Haute-Corse ainsi que sur la Corse du Sud.
La proximité des montagnes vous offrira la possibilité de participer à des randonnées pédestres, équestres ou des excursions à la découverte de nos beaux villages de la Castagniccia.
Pour les amateurs de voile et de plongée, le port de plaisance de Taverna est à 10 minutes.
Beaucoup d'autres activités à proximité : parapente, location de vélos, scooters et jet-ski.
A 1 heure du port de Bastia et à 25 minutes de l'aéroport de Bastia-Poretta.
