Description
The "Masia" of Puigdesala, located 1,5 km from the small village of Santa Maria de Merlès, is a centenary house rehabilitated to bring all the facilities of modern life.
It is located on a small hill with an amazing sight over Merlès valley. It offers a privileged surrounding to enjoy the country life and the quietness of farm living.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two sitting rooms (one of them with fireplace), 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
You can also find a covered porch outside the house, provided with barbecue, picnic table; games area, with ping-pong table, basketball basket; and a children area, with swings and a slide.
Finally there's a nice swimming pool, with loungers and a broad garden area.
