ITALIAN and ENGLISH Following the house is in the heart of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the main feature is the large terrace overlooking the majestic Basilica, with lounge and equipped for romantic dinners surrounded by the magical atmosphere created by the large lanterns. The new kitchen along the wall is not what a fully equipped other piece of furniture. everything is very collected proportioned and functional. decorated with original furniture. The house has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. espresso machine with capsules (homage) toaster and everything needed for cooking. a flat-screen TV. a comfortable double sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed. the bedroom (16 sqm) has a balcony. the bed is big 180x 205 cm bathroom has a shower and each guest has a personal set of towels and shampoo / soap. do not miss the experience to relax at sunset in the living room to the large terrace with a good wine under the bell tower of the basilica! ENG: Lighty flat (70sqm), Restructured to furnished with care in a historical building of the late 800; caratterizzata by an extremely wide panoramic terrace (25 square meters), with exposure in Portiuncula Basilic of Santa Maria degli Angeli In the historic center has around many places of historical interest, artistic and religious, many restaurants bars and shops. Close to the bus stations connected to Assisi (3km) and train station. (every 20m.consigliato)) By car (free parking across the street) or the most willing in about 35/40 in walk along the famous mattonata passing directly beneath the House. From Santa Maria degli Angeli / Assisi it is easy to reach with short trips Spello Perugia Spoleto Todi Orvieto and Gubbio appreciate the sweetness of the Umbrian countryside and the thousands of ancient medieval villages and castles of the green heart of Italy.

“Excellent stay in Assisi”

Our stay in in Santa Maria Degli Angel was great. Very lovely clean and well presented apartment. Good to be welcomed by the Owen. We loved sitting on the balcony. Constructive feedback would be the addition of an ironing board and dish drying towels would be very useful. Excellent location for the bus stop and train station. Overall a wonderful stay in Assisi
