The Venice Oasis was the perfect place for our 4 day visit to la. We had a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) that fit perfectly into the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are located downstairs and the kitchen and living area are upstairs, which helped to accommodate different bedtimes and was such a better option than being in separate hotel rooms. The house has an ideal location near the canals just off abbot Kinney Road in a funky little neighborhood with an eclectic array of homes. We used the beach cruisers at the house to get to Venice Beach and ride up to Santa Monica and back for shopping on aKR. Can't wait to go back, because we definitely need more time to explore all of aKR and other areas close by.

The house is neat and cozy. We enjoyed walking to the canals and beach. Make sure to have any early risers sleep in one of the bedrooms as movement upstairs is noticed in the downstairs bedrooms. The people there before us seemed to have taken some of the area information and Jane quickly emailed us the information when we let her know. She is a wonderful host/owner.

Sarah and I would love to come again sometime as a special treat. Your loft is beautiful - so spacious and comfortable. It's a real home and we appreciated having all the little extras. It was great to use the bikes to cruise to the pier and the beach. Your street is sheltered and peaceful. The neighbours are smiling and friendly. You have a vast and varied CD and book collection. It really is an oasis. We'll tell our friends.
Thanks, John. It was a great pleasure to have you stay at my place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Jane was very nice and welcoming, and the house itself was exactly how I imagined a Venice home to be - architecturally stunning, light and airy, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Great interior decor too - lots of interesting paintings on the walls! This house has none of that hoaky vacation rental feel - It's all done very tastefully and stylishly. It was the perfect backdrop our vacation, a beautiful retreat to come back to at the end of long, beach-filled days. I would
