This South Walton vacation rental at Sanctuary has been described by guests as absolutely breathtaking and the perfect vacation spot. You are sure to be taken aback by this gorgeous waterfront palace the moment you step inside. 3112's open floor plan is not only very spacious but it enjoys a lovely shabby-chic beach decor as well. It's what every vacation rental wants to be when it grows up! Plus, high end trimmings like vaulted ceilings, granite counters with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a wet bar in the living room add just the right amount of luxury.
The first floor greets it's guests with a huge versatile living/dining room, a large kitchen with a laundry room on the side and the master suite. The master suite is incredibly spacious, decked with cool blues and tans and it opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool and Redfish Lake. Moreover, the master bedroom is the perfect match with double vanities, a large walk-in shower and an oversized jacuzzi bathtub. To top it off, the upstairs bedrooms are equally charming with their colorful designer decor and a private balcony and bathroom each!
As part of the environmentally responsible yet purposely situated Sanctuary at Redfish, vacation rental 3112 is only a short distance from great shopping, dining and entertainment. Head about five to ten minutes in the car along 30A and you'll find yourself at the charming Gulfplace town center, the artsy village of Grayton Beach or the edenic community of Watercolor. Or just ride your bike right across the street to Redfish Village- home to chic boutiques, eateries and an ice cream shop on the corner.
However, great amenities are right within Sanctuary's gates. A pool deck that rivals the best on the coast with features like poolside cabanas, a fire pit, and two hot tubs will keep the family entertained for hours. In addition, just a few steps from the pool grounds lies the beach ferry just waiting to carry you across the lake to the shores of the Gulf.

The condo was wonderful. It was clean, modern and had a good homey feel. The amenities were also above average and we even had the pleasure of meeting the condo association's president. He was polite and helpful and made us feel at home. We had use of canoes and kayaks for fishing, a grill area, multiple pools and hot tubs, outdoor shower area to rinse off the sand and much more! My only complaint was access to the ocean. The boat ride is fun and convenient as long as you plan to go between 10-7. However, I did family pictures one night as the sun was setting and we had to take the 15-20 minute walk down the boardwalk to get to the ocean (unfortunately with sweaty faces and an infant makes it a little more difficult) and then the same back. If you are able to take a canoe or kayak though, it is only a minute or two away. Otherwise, the walk is quite beautiful and presents great picture opportunities in it of itself. Just plan ahead and you won't be disappointed because everything else was perfection.

My first thought when I booked was a little concern about the condo not being directly on the beach. But the private setting, awesome pools and beautiful views of the Gulf overlooking the lake, it made for a great vacation experience.
Our condo was beyond our expectations in terms of size and how nice it was. The living area was very large and the balcony as well. And the views were stunning from the balcony on both the main level and the 2nd level. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was huge and had both a large Jacuzzi tub and large travertine shower.
One day we took the ferry boat across the lake to the beach and enjoyed a couple complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, which was nice. Although I must say we spent most of our time at the pools enjoying the views.
All in all, I would definitely return to Sanctuary at Redfish for my next trip to 30A. I think it would be a great place to vacation to even during colder months as well, since they have a couple of hot tubs and a really nice fire pit.

We were a 1am arrival and had everything prepped for us, especially since we called the day of. Extremely nice accommodations, with tons of space and a complete family friendly environment. 1/2 the price for twice as much as the Destin area and much more relaxed. Off the beaten path but exactly what we were looking for.

This condo. was tremendous for our needs. As a family of four, we traveled with another family of five. The amenities offered both adults and children an opportunity to enjoy privacy and have their "own space." Sleeping areas were quite comfortable and the living space was more than adequate. Kitchen area also allowed us to prepare meals for both families with ease. The pools/deck area were always clean and the staff had the grills cleaned/prepared for your usage every days as well. Impressive staff--friendly and accomodating, but also out of the way--they never "hovered"--let you do your thing. The other condo owners that were there during our stay could not have been nicer--very interested in what we as visitors thought of the resort, and were always passing along local eateries/fish markets, etc. to us. Very pleasant.
