Casa Crawford is a stylish apartment on the third floor of a modern block located between Sorrento and Sant'Agnello. It offers an unusual amount of space, with the apartment measuring around 120m2, and the expansive terrace offering an amazing 100m2.
The view from the terrace is beautiful, with views sweeping across the rooftops and gardens, to Mount Vesuvius rising majestically above the Gulf of Naples. There is plenty of space to relax, whether soaking up the sunshine or relaxing over a meal with friends as the sun sets before you. You will find a dining table for eight, benches, sun loungers, parasols, a barbeque and an outdoor shower.
Thanks to a special agreement with the Marinella beach resort, just 250m from Casa Crawford, guests may use the amenities such as the restaurant, bar, newsagent, beach umbrellas, beach cabins and more at a discounted price.
The living room has double doors onto the terrace and offers two sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed, a 32” flat screen television, a docking station for iPhones and iPods, plus an internet Wifi connection. There is hot and cold air conditioning.
Casa Crawford offers a fully equipped kitchen, with everything necessary to cook an authentic Italian meal using fresh local ingredients. In white, with splashes of crimson, the kitchen offers four gas rings, an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and an Italian and American coffee machine. You will also find a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is a dining table, with space for six.
There are three bedrooms, two with double beds, and the third with twin bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom have access onto the large terrace. The other double bedroom has French doors to a smaller balcony. All are bright and appealing, with block coloured linen contrasting with the crisp white walls. There is hot and cold air conditioning available in each bedroom.
Casa Crawford has two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle, and the other with a bathtub with shower over. One has a bidet, and both have a wash basin, toilet and hairdryer.
Car parking facilities are available on the street next to Casa Crawford, at a cost of 15 Euros per week. However, if you choose not to bring a car, the apartment is a few metres away from the SITA bus stop, with Sorrento just a couple of minutes away. Buses link all of the towns along the coast, offering convenient access to the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Ercolano and Paestum, as well as the Royal Palace of Caserta. The train station is just 500m away, with services to Sorrento, Pompei, Ercolano and Naples.
Casa Crawford is a stylish base for a break on the Sorrentine Peninsula, ideal for those who wish to chill out on the terrace, or on the beach, but equally for adventurers looking to explore the many local attractions.
Please note, there will be a final cleaning charge of € 75 added to the rental period at time of the booking....Read more

Sorry for not writing sooner. We stayed at Casa Crawford at the beginning of October. We (4 adults) just loved the whole experience, from being met at the train station to having Mara drop by with tomatoes from her garden and fresh peaches. The apartment was well appointed and very spacious. We spent time on the balcony enjoying the view and the short walk to Sorrento. We would not hesitate in recommending this to any traveler wanting to spend time enjoying the sights and Sorrento (15 minute walk)or one bus stop.
Again thanks to all involved.

Having rented the place online, relying only on photos, I was somewhat apprehensive as we approached the place, particularly as the owner/manager was willing to forgo advance credit card payment when a glitch developed. The anxieties were unfounded. The apartment does have three ample bedrooms, nicely furnished, as well as large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a study/sitting room Best of all, it had a wrap-around balcony that covered all three bedrooms and the sitting room, furnished with a table and chairs, two chaise lounges, and gas grill. There was another balcony off the kitchen. Within walking distance of everything we needed for our stay--including a 20 minute walk to Sorrento, if one wanted to walk it--and in the middle of a charming town, it had more than we could have asked for. It was about three blocks to the beach (unfortunately, a private beach), but one could watch the sunset from the top of a bluff overlooking the Mediterranean--and there never was a better sunset. It was only a little further for the station for the commuter rail line that would take you to Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, and Herculaneum, to name only a few. While the bus to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello stopped in Sant;Agnello, we found it easier to get on the bus in Sorrento, right at the commuter rail station. We did have one or two small problems while there (for four nights), but all were promptly and graciously resolved. Well worth the cost.
“Great apartment in central location in Sant agnello”

+ Excellent customer service from point of contact when booking, right through our stay. Toilet broken upon arrival, but fixed quickly, as was the replacement gas bottle (needed for cooker etc). Plenty of room with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, and amazingly large balcony with BBQ and plenty of seating. Free on street parking ticket provided which is handy is you have a hire car. There is a lift you can use to get to the 3rd floor apartment if you don't want to use the stairs.
- To get into the centre of Sorrento, it's a brisk 20 minute walk, but nearer to 30 if you walk normally.
There is a slight ant problem in kitchen and bathroom especially, so important to tidy up and spread the ant powder about generously!
We appear to have paid a discounted price, but if the price had been the usual E2000 per week, we would not have booked as too expensive in our view.
A 'things to do/see/useful information' type of file would have been handy to have in the apartment to refer to.

We absolutely loved Casa Crawford and Sant'Agnello! The property was awesome and very comfortable. It was very spacious and was actually much better than we expected. Feeling Italy was very nice and a pleasure to do business with.
I would definitely recommend this property and if I ever return to this absolutely gorgeous region, I would most certainly stay here again!
Thank you Feeling Italy!!!
