Apartamento simples e confortável próximo a praia. Um quarto, cozinha, sala e banheiro, com vista para a praia. Próximo a divisa de Santos, basta atravessar a rua e estará na praia do Itararé, com acesso a quiosques e ao calçadão para corridas e caminhadas, além de fácil acesso a ciclovia e pontos de ônibus e VLT. O apartamento conta com geladeira, fogão, microondas e TV, e ventiladores de teto na sala de estar e no quarto. Uma vaga por apartamento no estacionamento rotativo; em período de alta temporada como Ano Novo e feriados pode não haver vaga para estacionar. Porteiro 24h. Ainda há local para as bicicletas e lava-pés e uma ducha para os banhistas no térreo, e terraço com espaço para churrasco em área comum do prédio que deve ser reservado com antecedência com custo extra.
