Live as our theatre artists do! This unit normally serves as artist housing for visiting professional actors, directors and designers. Clean, comfortable housing just minutes from vibrant downtown Sarasota. This unit is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for a weekend getaway.

You will be staying in the back half of a charming residence on 4th Street in Sarasota, just a ten minute walk away from all the downtown area has to offer.

Not only will you have a clean, comfortable place to rest in between adventures, but guests who stay 8 nights or more will also receive, based on availability, a pair of complimentary theatre tickets!

You'll have access to the entire space, as well as wireless internet and cable TV.

No smoking.

No Pets allowed.

By Florida law, we are required to pay a 7% sales tax and a 5% tourist tax on each stay.

Minimum nights to rent is 8 nights per the City of Sarasota Zoning Code.

Guests from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

Due to the Coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
